We rest in December
The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious. We had a rest earlier in Marina Sharm, it is not possible to eat there at all, but here in the Pyramid everything is delicious, you can find it for every taste. Grilled crabs, shrimp and rolls are available) there is no soy for rolls, you will not be able to eat much, that's what the calculation is.
The juices are adjustable. The coffee near the reception is very tasty!
The rooms are cleaned, we leave a dollar each, but they don't twist the figures out of towels. They do not give out pastes and brushes, take all your own. They also do not give slippers and bathrobes.
Upon arrival at the reception, they gave 40 dollars and Alenka, put her in a nice room with a sea view.
The sea is beautiful, but it's better to go into the coral, otherwise you can cut yourself. There is a sunken city, you can swim with fish masks to see.
The pools are NOT HEATED in winter

I liked the hotel in general, it is located in a wonderful resort area, with large and beautiful sandy beaches, in a bay, there are no waves here, the sea is wonderful and clean, there are reefs and lots of fish, you can walk along the shore for kilometers. The food is varied, every day there are royal shrimps on the grill, meat, fruits, local drinks, also not bad, so the tables are cleaned, not very hastily, in the room, as the tulle with a hole hung, so it will probably hang, the hooks in the bathroom for towels are broken, they have not changed, probably these are small things, but it would be better to fix it, the hotel is a little tired, of course, but the sea and the place are wonderful.

The food for Egypt is excellent, the drinks are local as everywhere, the cups are disposable everywhere. If you like normal alcohol, bring it with you from dyutik)) we didn't take it and regretted it. Otherwise, the rest was a success!

We had a rest in November 2024.
The beach is perfect among Egypt. There is an entrance area without corals with a shallow entrance and there is a depth with children just perfect. There is also a sunken city where there are a lot of fish, we went on a tour of a bathyscaphe and dived from a yacht in masks, nowhere was there such a variety of fish and numbers as here in the hotel. If you eat in it with you, be sure to wear a mask. We took a junior suite room and couldn't find a review of it anywhere. The view from it is just perfect and panoramic.
I would like to mention Anex tour separately, do not be fooled and do not buy excursions from them, they cost 2-4 times more expensive, they cheat, they promise a maximum of 15-20 people on a yacht, but in fact twice as much, the transfer is the same. In general, you can only borrow from them so that the representative at the hotel does not behave like a person and pays attention to you, without buying excursions, you will not get anyone or anything for them. Unfortunately, Anex allows this, although the company is big, but the attitude there is bestial, plus they intimidate in every possible way to make money on you

We arrived on 10/15/2024, The rest is wonderful! The sea is gorgeous, the sunset is excellent, they placed it on the ground floor and did not regret it at all, it is very convenient! I had a rest in October 2024! Very good and delicious food, for every taste! The entertainment programs are good! The room stock is both new and old. We were given an old room, but it doesn't matter for us, because we came to relax by the sea! The entrance to the sea is excellent, there is a small reef with ships and fish, visible without a mask. Good locations for walks and photos. In general, we had a very good rest. I wish the hotel further prosperity, cook the same delicious and varied food, repair old rooms, and change the bed linen to better quality, because the linen is all rough, not pleasant to the body. The hotel guide from Anex Tour was Khalid, very attentive, competent, he told us everything so interestingly, we took an excursion to Luxor from him, which we really liked. It was very interesting for us with our guide Cupid, he talked in such detail about the life of the Egyptians, about the history of Egypt. We were lucky with the weather, we swam and sunbathed. The animators are great too, it was fun on the beach and in the evenings. The food was delicious, thanks to the chefs! To the waiters! The room was given a new one (for which there was initially a surcharge) after a long wait and delays. The air conditioning in the room is from the 80s. The food is monotonous, practically nothing has changed for two weeks. Repairs are underway right in front of you in the restaurant and in the rooms, drills and drills, paint, removal of old furniture, etc

The pyramid is an excellent hotel, food for 5+, for every taste, whatever you want, the rooms are clean, the furniture is old, of course, but in fairly good condition, the room was cleaned daily, the linen was changed, the TV was working, the air conditioner was working. We lived on the 3rd floor. The weather is hot, but it is easy for us to transfer. 37/40 degrees. We went on excursions, went sailing, and had a lot of impressions. The sea is nearby, the entrance to the sea is sandy, comfortable. It was windy, but it was even good. It was quiet for a couple of days.Many thanks to the guys from Chiptrip. I stayed at this hotel in 2012. It was called de sole pyramid sahl hasheesh. Bike lane hotel. 6 restaurants in Alaska. The first time you visited the hotel, you could visit these restaurants 3 times. Those who were not the first time could be visited every evening. Imore beach is super. In 2022, it was the second time. The sea, the beach, the restaurant have not changed. Everything else was affected by the global devastation. Of all the shops, only one was working. The rest are in shambles. Time heals everything. there is a coral islet with fish preserved in the sea, but it did not leave the sea for 1.5 hours. The sea and the air of Egypt are the main thing.

A nice but tired hotel.
Advantages: smooth entry into the sea, sand. There is a coral reef with fish where there are artificial columns in the sea. The beach is big and there are a lot of sunbeds, but sometimes I had to find a place for myself.
Now the cons:
Room cleaning is the worst, and the rooms themselves pull a C (we had 2209) the furniture is shabby, the drawers open crookedly, there are not even glasses for toothbrushes. The food is almost the same day after day, but there are all kinds of meat/vegetables/fish, but seafood is not the specialty of this hotel (maybe in Egypt it is everywhere) At 18.00, everyone is kicked out of the sea and pools. The music on the beach is the same all day and consists of several tracks, so from the place closest to the bar you will listen to the newly released record. The animation is uninteresting and the same thing. The animation team is annoying with its obsession. Coffee, if you drink it without milk, is quite tolerable. Milk is poured into the coffee machine dry.
The SIM card was bought at the airport, and 170GB was enough for 8 days

I've loved this hotel since I was a kid! So I decided to go back to it, but with my husband (who has never left the city). The impressions are great! My husband really liked the hotel, even offers to go here again! The beach is sandy, but there may be sharp corals in the water, be careful, or just take your swimming slippers with you. The rooms are cozy, you can even sit and drink tea right in the room (when I went earlier this was not the case) there is a swimming pool on site. There are also wonderful excursions, which you can check with your guide.

Good afternoon! We stayed at this hotel 3 times. The rest was from October 17th to 27th. I want to say that we have seen a lot of changes. Repairs are underway, rooms are being updated, and food has improved. I especially want to mention our Boss. In two years he has introduced a lot of new things. Sushi, burgers, just a lot of meat appeared! For lunch, you can eat beef of 3 types of dishes, chicken of 2 types, duck or fish of 2 types. Even on the beach you can enjoy fruits and juice. Bartenders serve beer and cocktails, pastries. which wasn't there before. For dinner, shrimp on the grill every evening. There were even crabs 2 times. In general, we were satisfied with the trip. And, of course, the sea!!!!!!! We'll come again!

Cons:

- alcohol is a complete horror
But all these disadvantages are covered by the friendly staff and the beautiful sea!

We stayed at this hotel in January, it's very cold in the evening, but this has nothing to do with the hotel's rating!
Let's start with the pros:
- the beach and the sea, from the room directly to the beach - high, sandy sunset, the purest sea, clear azure water. There is a sunken city area on the beach, where you can swim with a mask and look at the fish, there are a lot of them.
- we were given a new room right away, without any persuasion, extra charges and other things, a new modern clean room, cleaning was done EVERY day, there can be no complaints in this regard.
- all the staff are smiling, pleasant, friendly, no aggression towards Russians, only positive and kind, at the reception too
- animation on the beach every day, dancing, zumba, occasional fruit table with strawberries, volleyball, in general, in winter, all day on the beach
- there are enough bars on site, a beach bar, the local alcohol turned out to be good, cocktails at the reception bar 10 out of 10
- a warm pool, after the sea it's a thrill to swim there
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, including the beach
minuses:
- the buffet is small and the food is not varied, but you can always eat, we made very tasty pasta every day, we made shrimp almost every day, we got on the rolls a couple of times
- the territory is really small, but on the other hand it can be considered as a plus, especially for those who really go to relax and lie on the beach.
- the evening animation is a bit lame, but it takes place in the winter in the hotel lobby, I think it's just not the season.
- there are no clubs or hangouts on the territory of the hotel, BUT trips to clubs are organized every day along with animators
- The Mongolian Ala card did not meet the expectations of an amateur with a strange concept
- flies on the beach were sometimes picked up, but generally not critical
It will be cold for the frozen in winter, it was warm enough for me during the day, even hot, I would like the sea to be warmer, and it is quite refreshing after strong heating in the sun
The biggest and most important plus: the hotel is in the bay, there was almost no wind, if you are eating behind a beautiful beach with crystal clear and transparent sea, then you are definitely here!
It's a solid four out of five, because of course it can be better, but for your money it's a very cool hotel (if you could put 4.5, you would!)

We visited Egypt and this hotel from December 12 to December 19 this year. At this time, the weather in this place ranged from +15 at night to +26 in the afternoon. Sweaters and windbreakers were not useful to us, as we slept at night and did not move anywhere from the room. At 20-21 hours, the temperature is still optimal, around +19.20 g. The sun sets around five in the evening, hides behind the mountains, and the degrees are falling.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were immediately offered to attend lunch and then check into the room. The room was originally chosen with a sea view. The room was on the ground floor, without a balcony, with access to the territory, to the children's pool. Without the sea at all. At the same time, the exit did not close completely, the valve did not work. The toilet drain wasn't working. We immediately declined the number and asked for another one. We were offered room 1270, and we stayed there. Second floor, a view of the warm pool, and a little bit of the sea was visible. Everything was working fine here. But everything is too new, but obviously with renovation. It's clean and cozy enough. You can't see or hear the construction site next door. Also, late at night, you can't hear the evening program in the lobby with music.
The mattress on the bed is very comfortable, cleaning was carried out daily. We left small bags of Red October candies as tips.
Meal. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, food and drinks at the beach bar, dinner, late dinner. There is always something to choose. Daily beef in different variations, less chicken, seafood was, fish every day. Pasta, local cheeses and sausages. Vegetables are fresh and baked. A large number of different cakes and sweets. The sweets are all a bit of the same type, without a pronounced taste. Crabs and shrimps were cooked on the grill. Whole and sliced fruits. The fruits are seasonal, most likely. We had grapefruit, melon, pineapple, plum, bananas. Alcohol in its pure form was not consumed, cocktails were taken, they did not feel bad. I liked the mojito. We also tried beer in a Mexican restaurant.
There is a fitness room on site. It's very poorly equipped, but you can work out. We went three times.
Some of the excursions were sightseeing, visited Luxor and sailed on a yacht with stops for snorkeling and diving. It was issued by the tour operator. The road to Luxor is very tiring, keep in mind if you pack up. Although we had a very comfortable bus, with a toilet.
There are no large supermarkets nearby and absolutely no markets. Sahl Hasheesh is clean, calm at this time and sparsely populated. In the area of the kilometer there is a Westway supermarket with normal prices (the Union Pay card from RSHB works), pharmacies, a couple of souvenir shops. There is a tea shop and beauty/wellness products from Ali Baba on site - I liked it, the teas and tea compositions are very tasty, for different weights. Ali's host is very friendly and speaks excellent Russian.
Water and beach. The entrance to the water is wonderful, there is no depth near the shore, shallow water. There are few rocks, and it's mostly pleasant to tread on the bottom. For bathing, the water turned out to be comfortable for me personally. It's a little chilly when you step into the water, but you get used to it quickly. It is quite possible to spend an hour and a half in the water without leaving. When exiting, the wind blows a little, but not critically. The hotel itself is located in the bay, the winds are not felt so strongly. During our stay, the water temperature was around +23.5-24 degrees. The water is clean and transparent. Only one day there were small waves and sand was rising from the bottom. At all other times, there is a soft entrance without waves.
What is nearby. The Old town (old town or Piazza square) is beautiful, especially in the evening. There are many locations where you can take atmospheric photos. Great boardwalk leading to the pier. It offers stunning views, especially at sunset. Fish in a sunken city. The underwater columns themselves and the living world around them are magnificent. Be sure to take a mask and a tube. We really regretted that there was no action camera for underwater shooting.

We were in the Pyramid from February 8 to February 15. The wind was so cold, but we liked everything! Territory, sea, food, people)
One of the advantages is the very friendly staff, from receptionists to workers, whether in the hotel itself or on the beach.
They are smiling, patient, hardworking people - the work is in full swing day and night, it is clear that people are trying very hard and value the reputation of the hotel.
Manager Karim is very attentive to the guests (and the whole team in principle), there are no language barriers - many speak Russian well. If anything, you can approach Anastasia from among the administrators: she will always tell you everything, explain if you need to solve some issue.
Another plus is that even if you arrive or leave late at night/ at night/ early in the morning, you will not stay hungry! The catering schedule is designed so that you can eat or have a snack at a late dinner or early breakfast almost throughout the night, and even during the day there is a belly feast!
There has never been a case where, by the time the restaurant closes, food hastily been removed from the guest's table, which he did not have time to finish, if desired, it can even be wrapped with him.
Very tasty (or delicious) falafel, babaganush, awesome pancakes, cookies (if there are no almonds left, then I ate it).
It's a good beach, you can swim or walk right by the shore: the bottom is not bad and shallow. But it was still scary for me to go into the sea barefoot: at the very edge of the shore, a ramp was rummaging and rolling in the sand. A little further away, swimming in a mask, I observed several times a small spotted fish with a round shape with a blunt muzzle and bulging eyes crawling along the bottom. Some flocks are floating peacefully past you, going about their business.
There was a shallow pool with warm fresh water.
Every day, vacationers were entertained by animation, and sports activities on the beach in the morning and afternoon: exercise, step aerobics, dancing, and volleyball... On February 14, there was a costume show on the beach and a treat for the guests - a huge amount of sweet strawberries, watermelons, fruit cocktails.
In the evenings, there is live music and wonderful performances by dance groups.
The animators themselves are creative guys, groovy, they will teach anyone to dance: it doesn't seem like I was going to - you're going to dance with them anyway)
In general, there will definitely be a lot of pleasant impressions - from the sea and the sun, from new acquaintances, smiles of vacationers, from the wonderful atmosphere, local dishes, and if you also go on an excursion - from the grandeur of ancient architecture and the rich history of this area, its natural beauties and Arab flavor.
Of course, you can compare with other hotels, find your pros and cons. Yes, the swan was twisted for us only once (thank you, it was a pity to disassemble this beauty) yes, there was no gorgeous bathtub like in another hotel, but there was always hot water in the shower, there was a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, soap in the required amount. There were enough towels, a kettle, coffee, tea, a refrigerator, a TV (though there was no time to watch), bedside tables, wardrobes, and a safe. Beds, mattresses, pillows are comfortable, we slept like babies) Thank you for taking care of the guests!
Egypt is probably worth coming back here more than once

You can write quite a lot of good things about this hotel, but there are also very bad moments. I must say right away that we were tormented by flies!!! Especially on the beach!!! It's a nightmare!!! There are no mosquitoes! We rested from November 2 to November 12, 2024. We arrived at the hotel very early. We left our things, changed our clothes and went to the beach, well, had breakfast, of course. Things are guarded - everything is fine. We were checked in at 14 o'clock, we lived in rooms 2114, 2118. The rooms are good, in my opinion, the plumbing works. They cleaned and changed the linen when we say. Nice view and comfortable beds. Everything was fine with us. I really didn't like the fact that only some strange channel 8 is shown in Russian. It's not even a channel. And some kind of recording or something like that: a film about Roland Bykov was shown for 3 days, then some strange fortune tellers who offer to cure everything and it all turns in a circle for 3 days, then there was a film about Gundareva for 3 days, in general, a very strange channel. The food is normal, in my opinion, they fed us king prawns in the evening, ice cream with sprinkles (coconut nuts). What I didn't like: absolutely no animation!!!! That is, she is just at 0. A lot of guys are running, smiling, having fun themselves, changing into some costumes, dancing on the beach. But it doesn't do any good. The hotel is big, I think there are more than seven hundred people there. Nothing has been done for people there, there is no place for evening rest and entertainment. Then they arrange a party on the beach, where you need to stand, well, there are 30-40 young people standing there, the dust rises terribly, terribly loud music!!! They also arrange parties around the pool, where everyone is standing too. There was also a party inside at the reception - the noise is such that it is impossible to be there physically. In general, there are no concerts, no entertainments, these guys are funny on the beach, they entertain girls there, giggle with them, arrange dances for children, shout something in English. Children do not understand what they are shouting about, someone is coming, someone is not coming! In the evening, there is absolutely nothing to do there for 90% of vacationers. I have never seen such a disgusting animation!!! There is no place where you can gather a large number of people in order to entertain them,
there is no amphitheater, no chairs in the fresh air, nothing where people can sit, drink, watch some kind of concert at least or have some other fun, there is nothing like that!!! This is a big hotel!!! What's good? The waiters in the restaurant work well. Tables are cleared instantly. There is a manager who seats people, if you don't know where to sit, they will take you and show you. They are very friendly and attentive! Well done! On the beach, beachboys are looking for sunbeds, dragging, helping people!Well done, beach fights on the beach work great! The snack bar was repaired and the entrance was allowed in front of us. Well, the food there is very poor, I would say, as are the breakfasts. Tough identical cutlets, potatoes, ketchup, a little vegetables, pizza sometimes had to wait a long time, it was brought from a large restaurant. Everywhere is cleaned, cleaned, washed. Surprisingly, there are absolutely no flowers in the hotel, well, our begonias grow a little along the paths. Small bushes are annuals. Palm trees, lawns, and flowers - the large bushes that usually occur in Egypt, which grow even along the roads, are not there. It is convenient that the hotel is located in such a way that you can walk along the shade to and from the beach. Our balcony was just coming out from the shady side, and people were walking along us. Living on the ground floor is not very comfortable, because there is no balcony, and it turns out that you go out on a balcony, and it's just 2 armchairs that stand on the ground and there is nowhere to dry, why there are no dryers is also unclear. We brought a rope with clothespins with us. Well, we lived on the 1st floor, and on the ground floor, of course, it's uncomfortable to live. If you live in the 1st building, or the rooms will go out to the construction site or to the pool, and it's very, very hot there, it's hot all the time. The sea is beautiful, there are fish, the entry into the sea is normal only to the right of the center. There are creepy rocks on the left. Well, what else can I say, animation is the biggest disadvantage of this hotel!! And there are flies on the street!!! More on food: 2 times we ate rolls in the evening, and 3 times out of the four of us, I and 1 other man were poisoned, especially me! Since that evening I ate only rolls and cream soup, and he ate something else and also rolls, it turns out that together we ate only rolls. Rolls with fish. It's unclear why they don't prepare these rolls in advance, they do everything with us, there's a big queue for the rolls, well, we got poisoned with the rolls, I just lay in oblivion for a day... I didn't eat, well, I just drank water. And the next day is half a day too. I drank tea and drank water. It's good that you had medicines with you. Then, when I said this in the restaurant, they brought me 1 crumpled mango and a second small green one. This is how they compensated for my 1-5 days of hunger and torment.

A nice hotel with a large well-maintained territory, several swimming pools, a gym, there are water slides for children and teenagers. There is a place where you can have fun and relax in silence. In the evening, music does not interfere, because the amphitheater is located on the uninhabited side. The hotel is on a plain and there are few stairs. Spacious rooms, everything works, daily cleaning, Friendly staff, understand Russian. Food for 4. You can visit 2 a la carte restaurants for free. The sea is wonderful, with a good sunset, the ebb and flow are insignificant, fish swim in artificial columns. The beach is huge with lots of sun beds and umbrellas. The hotel overlooks a very beautiful promenade with many shops. A wonderful team of funny and incendiary animators for children and adults. I recommend the hotel
