Comfortable rooms, a huge number of shops and cafes near the hotel. The room is cleaned every day. A breakfast of many dishes, however, is the same every day. The hosts are friendly, helpful and humorous

We wanted to stay at this hotel. We have booked a room. We paid 100% online via tinkoff travel. The next day, for reasons beyond our control, the plans changed. They wanted to return the money. They didn't return it. They called the hotel itself, barely got through. They don't speak Russian or English.
