A good center. I've been working in the office there since 2017 and I feel great. It is a very existential place, located between kindergartens and a cemetery.
Sometimes there is not enough parking, but there is a large parking lot nearby, where 1 white ruble costs all day.

There is a coffee shop on the ground floor, and a buffet on the 3rd floor. 3 parking lots - one near the building, the second behind the building for tenants and the third nearby, paid (1 ruble per day). Friendly, clear management. The corridors and toilets are always clean.
