Despite the not the most unpleasant reason for visiting this place, the impressions are actually pleasant from the employees themselves, all polite, pleasant to communicate with. They answer any questions, talk smoothly, well done all the guys and employees on the track and the operators at the PC.
They communicate pleasantly, they do things quickly. WELL DONE!
Great! I recommend it in quotation marks to visit! I knew that there would be a fine and I knew that I would be stopped. So the surprise effect has already failed. It was confusing that the "guys" were kind of tense, as if they hadn't been expecting. They persistently tried to show me a photo of my violation and some other long phrases. I paid quickly and drove on. The price of dating is 1 thousand rubles. It happens ((
I'm sorry, I paid for it. Everything is fast, convenient, and polite. I've been traveling to Belarus for many years, and now it's happened-I've exceeded it.😉
We collected the scar before departure. Everything is calm, loyal, without aggression. It's clear that people are working with people. The most appropriate attitude. Payment by card or via information kiosk
It's really easy to slip through. It's not very obvious, be careful. It's fast. Payment by card and in cash. The staff is very polite and friendly. They explained that if you do not pay the fine on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, you will receive three times the amount by mail. So come on in, you won't regret it.
Extremely polite and helpful! 👍🏻 The inspector stopped him, explained the reason - two exceedances, offered to park and go into the building. Inside, the documents were processed very quickly and politely, everything was explained. I paid 2x20 rubles with a card. Very cool - clear, transparent, honest, polite and fast.🏆
There is one employee and four people in civilian clothes. They charge fines immediately through the terminal, if there is no money on the card, then I don't know how you will disperse.
To the attention of Russian motorists:
At the entrance to the point, a huge screen is installed above the road, on which (in case of violation of traffic rules on the territory of the Republic of Belarus) your license plate will be displayed. Then turn right into a large parking lot. Traffic police officers (militia) are at the point, who will draw up a protocol and you can also pay a fine there. Terminals are installed in the premises of the point, which, among other things, accept Russian MIR cards.
To my question: "If I hadn't noticed my number on the screen and drove past, would I not have been released into the territory of the Russian Federation?", they replied that they would have been released, but they had to get into an official car and chase me))). And they would have caught up with me in a different way, since the border is nearby, and there, although small, but there are traffic jams.
PS. Cameras of traffic violations record Russian cars, but the fare on toll roads of Belarus does not apply to Russian motorists.
Good day.
Of course, it was not my dreams that led me to this landmark in Belarus.
Just before the border of the BR-RF, early in the morning, absolutely by accident, out of the corner of my eye I saw a polite invitation to stop by (an interactive poster with the license plate of a car). He did not refuse the invitation. They provided wonderful photos of visiting Minsk, or rather the MKAD.
True, I can't be seen there at all, but the car is in all its glory. It is plodding at a speed of 102 km/h.
My fault, undeniably.
I threw money (through a cash acceptance device) into the budget of the republic. 18 rubles . 30 kopecks .
Everything is very prompt and polite.
But he might not have noticed...
A few kilometers before this post, there are cameras that record moving vehicles leaving the Republic of Belarus. Specifically for this purpose, a dedicated traffic police officer brakes cars that have violated the rules from the stream (mainly speeding on the highway, recorded by speed cameras) and turns into the parking lot. At the very point, two employees (not in police uniform), who present violations on the monitor screen and according to the submitted STS and rights, roll out a resolution and hand it out. There is also a machine for payment. Accept the WORLD cards. Do not exceed more than 30 km / h, the fine is 111 bel.rubles (multiplied by almost 29)! Yes, and in general, it's better not to break it! Yeah, I don't know. are there such points at the exit from the Russian Federation, but I would recommend it. It is logical, practical, you will not escape punishment for violations!
Traffic police inspectors of Belarus are extremely cultured. They issued a fine on leaving the republic, they explained it clearly to you, a very friendly attitude. In the Russian Federation, of course, in recent years, inspectors have also become better, but there is something to learn from the brothers.
It's a great place. When leaving Belarus, he was stopped and paid a fine for speeding. Payment by card, there is a terminal. Everything is kind and fast.
A great place to pay fines, you can pay in cash, by card and by phone (there is a terminal). The staff is friendly, always smiling... Do not violate traffic rules!!!!
And there will be happiness!!!
Good luck to everyone!
At the entrance, they quickly pass towards Belarus, having announced a green card, there are practically no queues, but at the exit from Belarus there is sometimes a traffic jam for 10 km from one truck.
A very good, convenient payment point, the staff is polite, everything is explained correctly, you can pay with Russian bank cards, the girls calculate the amount to be deposited at the distance you will move, everything is very fast, without queues!!!

It's an amazing system. Nearby casinos are children's toys, compared to this point of lightening your pockets.
Polite, fast, excellent. They allowed me to go to their cute toilet. Many thanks to the staff!
I was traveling to Belarus in a small traffic jam, checking the documents for the car and face.... Because of ITS....I was driving back, too, there was a traffic jam (1h 40) but a traffic police officer stopped in front of the checkpoint, it turns out there was one fine on the territory of Belarus, I paid it and drove on.......
Everything is smooth and fast. There is a fine - you have paid and you are moving on. It is much more convenient, transparent and understandable than in the Russian Federation.
I also recommend that our Police (traffic police) establish exit control by numbers of non-residents of the Russian Federation!!! The treasury will be replenished 100%.
They will quickly, accurately, and reliably empty your cards with fines. They'll remember everything and show you a picture of your car, go figure out what's wrong. Tea and coffee are not offered. They do not enter into discussions. I paid - and get on with it.
They have invested almost 400 Belarusian rubles. I don't know where I got these fines in three days. What is this total surveillance of tourists? The speed limit is 10 km/h. Disgusting. But in general, the republic is beautiful, neat and friendly.
I really want to thank those guys who were at the checkpoint at that moment! They are friendly and helpful. And anyway, all people are bright, smiling. If I get a chance, I'll go again.
Nice big parking lot. At the moment, they are very often standing there (because of queues at the border). Not all lanterns are lit. Asphalt. There is no toilet
Well, it's always unpleasant to pay fines.
But everything is very polite and cultured.
You can only pay with Belarusian cards or the World.
Contactless payment is not supported.
Everything is clear, there is a terminal. The girls will always tell you if anything. Well, if you have no problems with the equipment at all. Put it in a convenient way and go ahead.
Robbed like a stick... If you violated traffic rules, please pay! Exceeding is allowed only for 10 km. If you exceed 30 km, you will be fined about 3,000 rubles. So keep in mind. And Russian rights deferred for a year (we have allowed) in Belarus are not valid - a fine of 5,000 rubles.
Payment of fines on departure, all that they managed to pick up on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, payment is possible with a mir card. The camera reads the number in advance, they detach it from the stream, lead it to a booth, print out fines there, and there is a terminal for payment. In case of refusal to pay, the car may be withdrawn.
Everything is just GREAT, this time! We were able to pay all the fines at this point, not like before! Previously, they were forced to return to the city, look for payment desks and bring paid receipts. Everything is fine now!
Skinned like a lime tree ! We found all violations !
Even controversial ones !
If you don't like it, appeal!
The employees are positive!
In general, in Belarus, look at the signs, not at the road !
I went to Belarus in the morning , at lunch I look back , they are waiting for me at the post , like two fines of almost 2,000 rubles , I paid what to do!!! Special cameras were planted and money is being collected
They force you to pay the fine immediately on the spot through an ATM, although if you read the resolution, then you are given a month to pay there. In a sense, a violation on their part. But everything happens with respect and with utmost courtesy.
Of course, the staff are kind and polite, but the loss of 20 minutes is at least guaranteed. Although their law says that receipts can be sent to the Russian Federation electronically within 6 months from the date of violation. Let them set up EDO.
Do not violate traffic rules on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and you will not get into this building) and so everything is convenient, they accept the world cards)) I went in, paid all my Fines and went to the Russian Federation))
The guys at the post are very polite and courteous, explained everything, explained and immediately helped to sort out the terminal for paying fines, I bet 5+
It is located in front of the Russia-Belarus border. Drivers who have had violations in the territory of the Republic of Belarus are stopped at this point. We have paid several fines for speeding.
All polite questions are not present, they provided us with where and what we violated. They asked for their license, and then forgot to return it, so they went to Russia without a license. Check the documents after paying the fines
