The bouquet is not so bad, as they do not communicate well with customers! My parents ordered flowers for me as a gift: they brought everything in tape, flowers of different heights in a bouquet, I wrote to Instagram calmly to inform them about the problem, in response only aggression and hints that I was some kind of problematic client. I had to disassemble the bouquet and reassemble it, because half of the flowers simply did not reach the water.
The courier just called and said, "I'll be there in 5 minutes," and when I objected that I wasn't at home right now, he hung up.
Sleepy, amorphous administrators. At the entrance, I was greeted by limp flowers. The packaging was ugly, the payment failed from the mir card, the administrator silently let me go without flowers, without even trying to figure out the problem. This is the worst flower salon I've been to in my life.
