12.04.25 There are no complaints about the store, there are complaints about the consultants who work there! 25 minutes before the store closed, I asked a girl to help me choose jeans, to which she just looked into my eyes and was silent (laughing maliciously afterwards) and consultant Alexander took the initiative, he showed me a couple of options and helped me with the size. When I started watching other views, he came up to me and started getting the right size himself so that I wouldn't spoil the order that had already been put in place (as they were preparing to close). I went to measure a fairly large number of jeans, and when I needed a different size, I asked for help from the same consultant, Alexander (who at that moment was standing at the reception of clothes from the fitting rooms with another consultant, a girl), to which he replied: - "I won't look for or bring you anything as the store is getting ready to close!" I asked the girl standing next to me, to which I immediately received a response from the consultant (the same) Alexander that she would not bring/change anything to me either. This approach was quite expected. I went to look for jeans of the right size on my own and, having found them accordingly, went to the fitting room, where consultant Alexander was already showing with all his appearance that I should leave the store space. After the fitting room, I went to the cash register, where consultant Alexander was already there, but I went up to the girl who was already counting the cash register in front of me and asked me politely to calculate, to which she looked at the time and said: - "We are no longer working, although it was 22:01 on the clock." Naturally, I started talking about the protection of human consumer rights, to which the same consultant, Alexander, replied: - "we do not live in a post-Soviet state, and these prejudices have long been outdated!" To which I asked me to calculate it again, and in response, I heard that they were going to call the store's security and remove me from it. Then I asked for a complaint book, and at that moment, while I was writing my jeans, Alexander, the consultant, started taking them away from the counter! Having said it again, they are already closed and no one will count me out! (All this time he was behaving very arrogantly, he wasn't rude, but he was trying to show with his whole appearance who was right here and who was the boss!) "I understand everything perfectly, and in general I don't like to go to such lengths, but this is the first time in my life that such a situation has happened! We are all human beings and we understand everything perfectly, but the attitude of a simple consultant who came to such a position should be appropriate!" (22:04 - the video is attached where the consultant, Alexander, simply removes jeans from the counter while I file a complaint) I am leaving this review only so that people who encounter such an attitude towards themselves know this and take appropriate measures!

Always when visiting this store, there are problems with the staff, there is never anyone at the checkout, the store is not equipped with places to try on shoes in the hall, there are no spoons, and today there was an enchanting number, the store manager was outraged that we were going to try on shoes in the fitting room, stopped us at the entrance and said that it needed to be measured in the hall!!!!! This is customer orientation!!! It's just a terrible experience, I want to come to the store and try on shoes not in a position, sorry for the expression "cancer" between the rows, but sitting in the fitting room, and not pulling on shoes with my fingers, but doing it comfortably. It would be very nice if the application had the opportunity to provide feedback so that the management would pay attention to the staff!!!

While we were visiting Minsk, we decided to take a walk along the Dana Mall shopping center and there we just went to the Pull and Bear store. We bought 2 pairs of jeans, the quality is excellent, the prices are average, like everywhere else, about 3,700 rubles, because they were paid in Belarusian rubles.
