They helped with making a reservation in English, and provided full information about the service. Grooming was as good as you could expect. They were kind and caring with handling a dog and hair cut was just like what i asked for. It was my first time visiting a groomer in Russia, and i guess I did make a satisfying decision. Thank you. As my Russian is so bad, I could not even understand the groomer’s name, but she did a great job.

Были первый раз в салоне, собаку прекрасно подстригли, сделали комплексный уход. Очень довольна результатом, все вежливо, качественно и с очень добрым и приветливым отношением и к питомцу, и к хозяину. Рекомендую!

Мне всё очень понравилось! Место красивое, мастера прекрасные, можно следить, что делают с твоим питомцем. У нас была мастер Анна! Спасибо ей большое! ❤️ У меня очень беспокойный котик, но она смогла сделать так, что он вёл себя очень хорошо. Спасибо ей огромное! 🙏🏻 На выходе получился красавец!
