I am delighted with this hookah bar! Firstly, the service here is top notch - the staff is very attentive and friendly. They are always ready to help with the choice of tobacco or suggest something new. The atmosphere of the place is simply unique - cozy sofas, pleasant music and a beautiful interior create a special atmosphere in which you want to spend time.
And now about the hookah itself - it's just amazing here! Very high-quality tobacco, diverse flavors, perfectly cooked and served. Every hookah here is a real work of art. I have already tried several flavors, and each of them impressed me with its rich taste and thick smoke.
I am glad that I discovered this place, and I am sure that I will visit it more than once. I recommend it to all hookah lovers - here you will definitely find what you are looking for!

I have been to this hookah bar several times and I am always satisfied. An excellent selection of tobacco and excellent service create a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. Hookah is always prepared quickly and efficiently, the smoke is thick and fragrant. The staff is polite and attentive, always ready to help with the choice. A great place to spend an evening with friends or relax after a busy day.

I also want to note that for those who have not yet visited this institution, Puff is cool because there are buns , i.e. when ordering a hookah, you can drink tea, coffee for free, and individual gourmets have a large selection of cool teas brought in a teapot with a candle and at a very affordable price , you can bring your own food and drinks, dishes are available and the staff look after you, although the self-service system works, there are various board games and there is a separate area for those who like to play the console. In general, it's really cool. Once again, thanks Puff and wait for a visit, now we will celebrate the New Year's corporate party. See you later.

Your recently opened hookah bar in our area initially left a good impression. I visited the place twice before: I ordered tea, talked with friends – everything was great, I liked the atmosphere. However, today's visit with a new acquaintance has completely changed my mind. The impression turned out to be spoiled due to the behavior of a particular employee, which not only spoiled the mood, but also left a negative aftertaste for my friend, who came here for the first time.
When we arrived, there were no other customers in the establishment. We sat down at the table and asked your employee with a short blond haircut to bring tea with raspberries. I didn't remember the exact name, but this tea was the only one with such a taste. Instead of helping, the girl silently served the menu with the words: "Here, look here." Of course, I found tea quickly, but even then there was a feeling that our presence was undesirable.
Then we asked to turn down the volume of the music a little, as we were sitting right under the speaker, and the loud sound interfered with the conversation. Your employee replied that this is impossible, since loud music is part of the "concept" of the institution. However, she suggested lowering the volume a little, which seemed strange, considering that there was no one else in the hall.
The most unpleasant thing happened later: they told us that if we did not order a hookah, we would not be able to stay in the institution. This was said right after we decided to order a hookah and told her about it. I consider this behavior absolutely unacceptable for a new institution that only builds a reputation.
When we decided to leave, your employee immediately said that she would inform the management about the employee who had previously served me. According to her, this employee allegedly violated the rules by allowing me to stay in the institution on previous visits without ordering a hookah, drink tea and enjoy a calm atmosphere. She added that he would be reprimanded so that he would not do it again. It sounded so unpleasant that it completely ruined the impression of your institution.
I strongly recommend that the owners pay attention to the quality of service and professionalism of the staff. Such situations with disrespectful attitude towards guests only scare away customers. All the good impressions from previous visits, when a friendly and attentive employee worked, were crossed out by this visit.
Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend your establishment. It is a pity that such a potentially pleasant project loses customers due to the lack of professionalism of individual employees.

We came across a hookah master girl and hookahs are always delicious and always with the wishlist taken into account, plus in karma)
At the first visit, the concept of the institution is always announced and it definitely pleases: you book a table with a hookah for two hours and get free tea / coffee, and even come with homemade food and your own drink - great!

We arrived 2 hours before closing time. The hookah arrived half an hour later. Tea was also served for 30 minutes. The hookah was generally OK, but not once in 2 hours did the staff come to us to replace the coals or at least to shake the ashes off the coals. We only came up once at the request to blow it out, because the hookah was made very strong. The second time, when asked to check, with a strange grin, the hookah man took his girlfriend's mouthpiece and used it to slide the top corner deeper into the bowl and left. That's it))
On the plus side: you can bring your own drinks and food.
Conclusion: if you are ready to wait for hookah and tea, monitor yourself and practice hookah, then you can go. Otherwise, I don't recommend it.

This is not the first time I have visited this establishment and I am completely satisfied with the service. Hookah master Stanislav leaves positive emotions, because it is clear that a person understands tobacco and its tastes.
He will fully tell you about the tobacco line, advise you what is better and how!
Sometimes I got on a full landing, but there were no problems with waiting for an order.
The coals were always changed on time, without any problems.
It's a very cool place due to the opportunity to bring your own food and drinks!

We visited the company's establishment and, unfortunately, were disappointed with the service. The hookah was carried for about 40 minutes, although most of the tables had already been served. The coals were not changed, even after our request.
When they called the hookah man to clarify where the tea was and ask him to turn over the coals, he ran in, asked, "Fuck, sorry, did I forget what kind of tea you asked for?" and ran away without replacing the coals.
When they called him again, trying to improve the draft, the employee removed the mouthpiece from the pipe that our friend was using and began to stir the coals with it, and then returned it back. This approach raises questions about both hygiene and safety. The hookah was gone after about an hour.
Tea also had to wait too long – it was brought just before closing, so we didn't have time to enjoy the drink.
I would like the staff to pay more attention to the quality of service, especially in terms of hygiene and hookah service. At the moment, the impression remains rather negative.
