A very cozy hotel in the old town, with views of the mountains and the sea from the facade and from the terrace of the hotel cafe/restaurant. Pleasure and excitement for the eyes! All the sights are nearby, you can endlessly walk along the old streets along the cobblestones, the old port down the stairs. There is a tram stop within walking distance, which takes you to the beach in 12 minutes.
As many reviews say, there are no porridges at breakfast, after all, this is not an all-inclusive hotel designed for a certain number of visitors. During the week of our stay, we had oatmeal once. But omelets/fried eggs/ etc.They're gorgeous. Baking, of course, too.
The staff is very friendly.
The rooms are well cleaned.
Around the mosque, therefore, they regularly invite you to prayer, starting at about 5 a.m. You can hear it even with the window closed. It didn't bother us)

Great location. Its own pretty little cove: very close to the beach, clear water, no big waves.
The hotel is nice and cozy, located in a historic building in the old town.
But there were also significant disadvantages.:
1) the rooms are VERY small, our Windows overlook the pool in the courtyard - there are always feet in front of our eyes + the window locks are formal, you don't feel very safe.
2) In a hotel designed for a beach holiday, THERE is ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE to dry towels. From the word at all. As a result , they hung it on a plasma TV . 🙈
3) The breakfasts are quite modest.
4) The beach is very small, there is nowhere to fall, everyone lies "on top of each other", and the sunbeds are not very clean.
5) There is nothing much around the hotel - souvenir shops, you need to go to the city by bus. In general, this neighborhood is pretty boring.
It's not bad for one time, but I wouldn't go a second time.

A very beautiful, stylish boutique hotel.
The hotel itself is located in the most beautiful place of the old town. The real Italy!
The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean.
The reception staff is friendly, there is a Russian-speaking girl. They will always come to the rescue.
Excellent SPA area.
Of the cons:
1) An unheated swimming pool.
It was April, and it was very hot during the day, but the water was icy cold. It was possible to refresh comfortably only in the shower.
2) Breakfast items.
The breakfasts were not impressive at all. If you are indifferent to eggs, then there is practically nothing to eat.
So for those who like to have breakfast with porridge (generally any kind of milk), this is a minus. But there were a lot of vegetables and cheeses.
We were also offered to go to this bistro for lunch and dinner, but it is objectively expensive (
It is much cheaper to eat in local simple cafes.

The hotel is located in the old town, next to the sea and the old port. The park with playgrounds is less than a 10-minute walk away.
But everything negates the service, we ordered a family room with a view of the garden (there was a separate option, according to reviews it was recommended), but upon check-in they provided a room with a view of the pool, the administrator tried to explain that this was garden view, then she started saying that there were only two-level rooms with a view of the garden and with a small they cannot accommodate us as a child (when booking, the age of the children is indicated and the hotel has confirmed the reservation). We contacted Travelata to get our room returned (there is no one at the pool outside the season, so it's quiet), the hotel said that it provided a better room than booked, at Travelata's request to move into the room according to the reservation, no one resettled and the difference in price was not refunded. To top it off, according to the Travelata specialist, the rooms with garden view were generally removed from the reservation and it is not possible to understand the difference in cost. In general, the building with a view of the garden, sea and mountains, in which we booked a room, was closed, but the hotel did not want to return the difference in price.

A great hotel located in the heart of the old town.
Positive:
- clean, cozy inside, close to all the restaurants, the breakfasts are not stingy, the staff is polite, they will help in Russian if something is unclear, although it is a very international hotel.
Minuses:
It's a long walk to the beach if you plan to walk there (but there is a Yandex taxi)
We lived on the ground floor and heard all the people having fun + prayer from 5 a.m.

The location in the old town, the breakfasts on the street, were in November. All interesting locations are nearby. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The price is acceptable. The rooms are located in renovated houses. Swimming pool, hammam. The moment is very important, there are rooms with access to a walking street, and these rooms have wooden windows. The amazing location of the hotel, the buildings after renovation and the beautiful territory inside the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to parents with children, because there are steps, ascents and descents everywhere. I took an economy room. The windows overlooked the courtyard. The room is very small, but it is quite comfortable and cozy for one person. Cleaning was done regularly. Breakfast is served in a nearby cafe. The breakfasts are excellent for my taste. Milk, fruits, pastries, a variety of vegetables and vegetable dishes, herbs, various egg dishes, and most importantly 6-7 types of cheeses. The cafe itself is decorated in the style of an old mansion , with pleasant background music👌

I liked the room and the territory. The food was decent, but there wasn't much choice.
There was almost always no barbecue at dinner, which was in the half board.
The appetizer for dinner was also weird. Porridge of carrots and mayonnaise.
Great location.
Of the cons. At the check-out, when the things were already loaded into the car by a hotel employee, the reception manager caught up with us and demanded a fee for coffee and tea, although breakfast and dinner were included in the room rate!
We took these drinks at the coffee station, where there was a buffet. There was no information about this, the hotel staff and the tour operator did not talk about it. It looks very strange and unpleasant. It's not even about money, it's about attitude. Considering that tea and coffee are in a self-service format, it's strange how they counted the cups to add to the bill. Since at dinner we were often alone in the hall, and the staff were relaxing outside.
This situation has greatly spoiled the impression of a vacation.

A magnificent hotel. I had a rest from April 14th to 17th, this time was not enough to enjoy the beauty, comfort, and atmosphere. Pleasant, unobtrusive service of the staff at the reception. The hotel is located in the very center of Kaleici above the Old Port. You can enjoy walking around Kaleichi every day. If you go down to the Old Port, you can go on a boat trip along the coast or to the Duden waterfalls.
Our room was spacious enough and had everything you need, including a kettle, a small refrigerator and a safe.
Tea, coffee and bottled water were added daily. The set of towels was also changed every day. By the way, detergents in the bathroom of the company L'Occitane.
The hotel's territory is small, but stylishly decorated. There is a small swimming pool, unfortunately, unheated. In the second half of October, the water was a little cold. Rare daredevils bathed in it. We are among them, but literally twice.
The breakfasts were buffet style. The choice was not huge, but it was good enough: eggs of several types, a lot of different cheeses and pastries, sliced vegetables, fruits. There was even sausage and sausages. Coffee from the coffee machine is tea. I liked the onion: very tasty, with nuts. The hot dishes were changed daily.
I can say that I really liked the hotel. We had a great rest here.

Great hotel. The location is just perfect. There is a private parking. Awesome interior. Delicious breakfasts. The whole kaleichi movement is at hand. The pier is 2 minutes away. For those with children, a 5-minute walk to the park. I woke up in the morning, had breakfast, parked the car and went traveling...I returned in the evening, took a shower and walked around the center, everything is at hand, there is no need to go anywhere. The staff is top. I definitely recommend it.

It's a lovely hotel.
She lived at the beginning of her solo journey and at the end. There are several days in April, 1 day in May.
A year ago, I passed by this hotel and decided that someday I would stay in it. I didn't regret it.
THE LOCATION
is ideal for a city vacation. It is located in the old town, near the embankment, marina. but there are no loud parties on this street, which is a plus. you seem to be in the thick of things, but at the same time in a more peaceful place.
There are trams nearby that will take you to the airport, waterfall, konyalti. It's easy to go anywhere.
THE HOTEL
is a beautiful beautiful hotel. there is a clean swimming pool on site, the rooms are clean, cleaning seems to be done every day, Lexitan gels and shampoos, which is a plus, the territory is wonderful
BREAKFASTS
are provided by the breakfast system. Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant. a wonderful and beautiful restaurant. It was a pleasure to have breakfast in it. for food. everything is OK, it's quite varied and tasty. Coffee is served from the car, but Turkish coffee can be ordered at the bar for an additional fee.
The STAFF is excellent. The guys are polite, they helped with all the questions. there are Russian speakers
I don't write this often, but I will definitely return to this hotel when I am in Antalya again.

Just a wonderful hotel! Very beautiful and atmospheric, the rooms are clean and modern. Regular cleaning, delicious breakfasts (by the way, the restaurant at the hotel and outside of breakfast is very tasty!). Separately, I was pleased with L'oxitan cosmetics in the room)) Convenient location: the nearest beach is 5 minutes away, all the sights of the old town, the harbor and the restaurant streets are also at hand. The hotel itself is cool, the rooms are lovely and wonderful. Everything is clean and pleasant. From Loxitan cosmetics.
Minus-the pool is terribly cold, we were in October. There is a cold omelet for breakfast, fresh hot omelet is not cooked in front of you.
The food is provided by the restaurant, which is located next to the hotel.
A big plus is that we took dinner, it's fantastically delicious! The menu is expensive.
The excellent location of the hotel, everything is nearby: the sea, transport and museums.
It is easy to get to ancient Perge just by tram)
I highly recommend it.

We had a rest at the hotel in July 2024 - we liked everything very much! Responsive staff, room cleaning, cleanliness of the hotel, Loccitane cleaning supplies were replenished regularly, beach towels are free without cards, very tasty full breakfasts! The dinners at the restaurant on the menu were also delicious. In 2 minutes, the beach of Mermerli is unusual, but we really liked it, it was interesting to swim between the rocks in the sea and the absence of waves. The hotel itself is located in a very picturesque authentic place on the ancient streets of Kaleichi. A good shopping center "Marcantalia!" is a 15-minute walk away. If we plan a new visit, we will undoubtedly stay at this hotel again!

Book any other hotel. Just pass it by if you want to sleep at night. All night long, people from the street will be heard yelling in your ear. Loud music will also keep you awake, and every next day you will be exhausted and sleepy. Meat-free breakfasts. The rolls are dry and chapped. After breakfast at the hotel, you want to go to the restaurants nearby for breakfast. The furniture in the rooms is tired and plastic.

A great hotel in the old town. Good location, 200 meters from the only beach in the old town of Mermerli. There are no noisy bars and restaurants near the hotel, so it is quiet enough at night, while if you want a fun party, just walk 400 meters and you will find yourself in the very center of nightlife.

It 's a cool beach , you can jump off a cliff . The water is clean and warm , garbage does not arrive , there are few waves , there is a bay , there are shizlong and umbrellas , if you ask for more , they give extra . Entrance is paid 250 liras per person ( approximately 750 Russian rubles ) shizlong and an umbrella is included. Food can be ordered from the restaurant and brought to the sunbed , the quality of the food is not very good.

First, the advantages. The rooms are clean, they are changed every day, the buffet breakfasts are quite plentiful and interesting. Lots of greens, olives, fruits, cheeses and ham, boiled and fried eggs. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate. The location of the hotel on the waterfront in the old town is simply fabulous. You can wander endlessly through these narrow crooked streets and everything is like the first time.
One of the disadvantages is the view from the room window. We lived in room 312 with windows on a narrow street, that is, directly into the windows of the opposite house about three meters away.
In general, the hotel is simply wonderful for its three stars.

An excellent hotel in the heart of Kaleici, a stone's throw from the pier and the port, where boat trips along the coast of Antalya depart. How many buildings. The pool is in the courtyard. At the beginning of May 2023, there was no heating, but on a hot day you can still swim. The paid beach of Mermerli is very close. The edge of the sea was visible from my room. The room is spacious, fresh and recently renovated. 2 half-liter bottles of water were brought free of charge every day. The room has a small refrigerator, a safe, a kettle, glasses and tea-coffee-sugar. Regular cleaning, which has no complaints. A good breakfast buffet. Excellent wi-fi, which was caught even in the park opposite the hotel.
The location: the old town and the promenade are simply magical.

A nice hotel with a great location. Everything is within walking distance, attractions, cafes, shopping centers, shops, beach. The beach is a 4-minute leisurely walk away, which is important. The beach, although paid, has a 40 lira chaise longue, but is popular, there may not be free seats by noon. The staff is friendly, friendly, there is a Russian speaker. Turkish breakfasts (scrambled eggs or omelette, sliced cheeses, sausages, croutons, breads, rolls, vegetables, fruits, jams), but there is enough of everything. The hotel has an outdoor pool, the rooms are clean, daily cleaning. In the rooms there is a kettle, water, tea, coffee, toiletries, gel, shampoo, etc. The hotel consists of six three-storey small buildings. The restaurant at the hotel, the price tag is higher than in some cafes, but this is compensated by large portions and delicious dishes. Disadvantage: a nearby cafe with loud Turkish rock, it's not Tarkan, periodically songs with a good subwoofer until 12 at night. Earplugs don't help much, only strong alcohol helps. But the Turkish rock is compensated by the general atmosphere of the old city of the times of the Romans, the Ottoman Empire. I have never regretted staying at this hotel.

Sooooo small room - too much. And the windows, if they go outside, have a beautiful view of the port, but it's noisy 24/7.
At an early check-out, they gave a "funny" breakfast - I haven't seen it worse, perhaps anywhere else - a cherry tomato, half a loaf of uncut bread, a tiny jar of honey and one (!) piece of cheese.
From the plus: cool cosmetics loktsitan and in general the comfort of the hotel and the room 🤚🏻 made with soul and taste.
Will we come back? No. All the reviews about the "best location" do not take into account that in the old town any location is a couple of minutes walk, so I will choose a more spacious and secluded hotel for my next trip to Kaleichi
