The employees there are terribly behaving as if you came to their house and demanded something brazenly from them. Often there is no one on the ground, nothing is really explained, as if each person should know for himself who to approach, and so on SMS notifications about the document's readiness are not received The queues are terrible, no one really works.

Waaaaaaa there is no criticism !!! Guys and girls are plowing like automatons!!!! Just well done . I can't say anything bad about our Talgar PSC. As long as I can remember ...all work with documents takes minutes ---passed !!! The time was set --- came - received!!! Retired. I handed over the documents in 15 minutes. I came and received the documents in 15 minutes. Miracles!!!!
