They impose a gold card, useless. And I do not like that in order to obtain a foreign passport, they send to a private bank branch for a statement with a wet seal for 100 UAH, which does not carry any information at all. And this piece of paper also cannot confirm your identity in any way, since you need to bring your passport and TIN to register with the bank.
