I'm just shocked at how customers are being deceived now. I handed over the down jacket and sheepskin coat for cleaning, there were 2 large spots on the down jacket, they returned with the same spots, but both the sleeves and the bottom of the down jacket were as if they had not been cleaned. What was my surprise when at home, already out of desperation, I decided to soak myself in stain removers and wash the down jacket, and, lo and behold, it was washed off!! And the question to rub is how the stains were not removed in the professional dry cleaning, but at home they were cleaned with an ordinary household stain remover! I'm not talking about the sheepskin coat at all, what color was the water when I soaked it! That's how out of the blue you deceive people

A normal dry cleaning service, I have been using the services for a couple of years. Down jackets and jackets are washed perfectly, they remain fluffy. I recently gave away a wedding dress - the result is like from a salon. Thank you.

The carpet was cleaned disgustingly, returned almost the same as it was taken away.There are no questions about the export and delivery.But if you saw that some spots were not removed, you could contact and clarify the additional payment.It was obviously washed not in the workshop, but simply in the drum, as it was returned even with the remaining wool
