They incorrectly issue car insurance on several points, which turned out only when contacting another insurance company, which I consider an indicator of the incompetence of the employees of this point, or perhaps it was done for a larger amount when calculating insurance. I do not advise contacting Promtransinvest insurance company at all, since there was an unsuccessful experience of paying for car insurance.

The complete incompetence of the employee. Visit to the point in the shopping center Skala 12.07.2023. I needed travel medical insurance to visit Abkhazia. The employee searched for Abkhazia in the list of countries for half an hour, could not find it, called someone for a consultation - the result was zero. Then she started asking me strange questions - is Abkhazia recognized by the "world community", then launched into inadequate political reasoning (whose Crimea, etc.) and offered to take out insurance in Georgia instead of Abkhazia.
THE RESULT: The work is not done, the insurance is not issued, time is lost and the feeling persists that there was an attempt at recruitment by Western intelligence services.
I took the document and went to BELGOSSTRAKH (Tikali shopping center, Euroopt) and made insurance to Abkhazia in 5 minutes without any problems.
