I have been using the services of this company for 13 years. Not a single complaint from me, or from my friends and acquaintances who use their services. They crashed into my car twice. And both times, thanks to the objective work of expert appraisers, the damage caused was fully covered by insurance. Specialist Svetlana has been monitoring the insurance period for many years and draws up the documentation as quickly as possible. A few days ago, as soon as the law on mutual recognition of insurance of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation came into force, despite the fact that it was the first time she had drawn up such a document, she executed everything quickly and efficiently. I plan to continue using the services of this company.

At first, it seemed like nothing happened, but then....It's just terrible....They do what they want...people from the same organization who have the same insurance pole are recorded differently (medical insurance). Sometimes they write to Associate Professors and candidates of medical Sciences, sometimes not, then they immediately send a letter of guarantee for both consultation and ultrasound, then there is no other employee...It is almost impossible to get through, especially if you are at the doctor on weekends and you need their confirmation (for ultrasound, etc.), they also answer for more than a day...Then they had a glitch in the program and it took 3-4 days to get through or finish writing there at all...Spent money and nerves...I do NOT recommend it!!!

It's not the first year I've been insured here. Everything always happens quickly and efficiently in a calm and friendly atmosphere. Insurance that requires approval from the Security Service will be agreed upon themselves in advance.
