The cafe is located in the city center near the square named after him. Kirov. Good location. The building, or rather a metal container with outbuildings, has been in need of reconstruction for many years. Unfortunately, the promising development in this institution is not considered. Everything has remained unchanged since the 2000s. A very small hall without normal natural lighting resembles a basement. There is nothing on the menu that would make you come back here. I do not recommend it
It's a terrible place, the kitchen sucks, the atmosphere is sad, the service leaves much to be desired. In the cold season, it is unrealistic to stay in the hall, it is better to sit in the park. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
