They gave me a new car with a mileage of 200 km! There is a return option in the city- for free. It was convenient for us, because after handing over the car, we stayed in Vienna for a walk, and it was not convenient to go to the airport and back. I recommend it to everyone!

I want to thank the Vienna Rental company for the excellent work. Clear and organized, attentive and correct.
Although our trip was planned in advance, the decision to go by car arose just a few days before departure. After finding this company, having a quick chat with Marina's manager on Whatsapp, filling out an application, I was already with the car.
Meeting at the airport with a sign, Elina, a Russian-speaking manager from Kazan, showed everything, all the documents, recorded all the wishes for the inspection of the car. The car is clean, the chassis is excellent. The money of 300 euros was held immediately (but as a purchase, but my bank did not withdraw the percentage for the purchase!, so do not be afraid of this). We took the car for 10 days. The agreement is in Russian. Everything is clear and understandable. Support bodies.
Having traveled around Europe with pleasure, the return took place near Bill's store at the airport. Everything is honest and without quibbles, objectively. She drove us to the terminal later. The receipts for the holding were sent to the post office in the evening. Two days later, the bank credited them back to the account (up to a penny!), although I had to contact the bank. They were stalling, even though the refund money was already in the account.
In one word. Well done!!! Honestly, without deception, correctly in Austrian, but so simple and understandable in Russian and the prices are pleasantly surprising.
We'll meet again in the spring, that's for sure.

I have been using it for more than five years. The prices are good, the deposit is small. Convenient receipt and return. There are no quibbles like other distributors. Perhaps the last of the distributors who has retained an individual approach to the client and really wants you to be their regular customer.
