I called at 21:30 on 08/16/24 and said that I would be there by 22:50. The girl on the phone said that she had forgotten about me at all and at such a time no one can take the car and there are no alternatives. He offered to drive a car to her house and she refused. Although it is written on the forsage website that the flagship car works around the clock. As a result, I had to return the car the next morning at 10:30 and pay 50 rubles for the rent of this night time in which I did not use the car and it was just standing in the parking lot. According to the technical condition, everything was fine and I liked it. The only thing was that one low-beam lamp was not lit. I was told there was no mechanic and I had to drive like this. If the traffic police gives a fine, they will pay for it. But this is just a verbal agreement in essence. We had 30-40% of trips in the evening and at night, and it was not very convenient and not completely safe to drive the car, although I am an experienced driver (I have been driving constantly for 13 years and worked as an official driver for 3 years). I returned the car with a fuel level one notch higher than I took, but no one even noticed it, but they took 15 rubles from me for washing the car. Although in fact it could be balanced at 0 rubles. And the car is not very dirty. It seems like a trifle, but the sediment remains. I planned to rent a car in the future and advise my friends, but now I will think hard.
