BMW X5 E53. There was a vibration when the speed was set from 60 km/h. I contacted the procardan service. What can I say. It was done in a day. They removed the gimbal themselves and installed it. It turned out that the crosspieces were to be replaced. We offered options for spare parts. The advantages and disadvantages of parts from different manufacturers were explained in human language. As a result, the vibration disappeared. Special thanks to Dmitry - an excellent specialist. I also liked the attitude - the guys are polite, coordinate each stage of the work, so that there would be no surprises in the cost in the end. The prices are adequate. I recommend it!

Good afternoon to everyone who reads my words. I'm from Vitebsk myself. At one time I was a turner and have more than one diploma of the winner of competitions of different levels, the title " Master - golden hands ", which was not so appropriated in Soviet times, so I know the value of a really good job! No one in his native Vitebsk took up the repair of the cardan from my older brother's Duster. One raped my brain with all sorts of technical terms, apparently trying to impress with his level of knowledge, others simply said they would not take it, since someone else repaired it last time (?). I found the guys in Minsk via the Internet, contacted. No unnecessary information, everything is clear and to the point. We immediately found mutual understanding and a common language. Sent a cardan. We had to wait a little (we were waiting for the arrival of the necessary parts to strengthen the gimbal). At the same time, they periodically kept in touch. I am grateful to an employee named Mikhail for the attention and culture of communication. Soon I received a message about readiness, and a couple of days later I received the cardan itself, which looked like new! After installation and on-the-go testing, I was once again convinced of the high level of professionalism of the company's craftsmen. Thanks a lot for that ! First impression, so-so. I came to repair the gimbal. There were doubts. But I decided. And he didn't regret it. I received from the master a full amount of information about the condition of the gimbal, the optimal configuration was selected, agreed with me. I gave it back in the evening, so I left without a cardan. The next day, I arrived at the installation, a Renault Duster car. The gimbal is as good as new, even the rust has been removed and painted. The master showed the correspondence of the markings on the crosses and boxes from them, which for the first time in my practice, quickly installed, manually squeezed each bolt. In a word, the impression remained wonderful. I will be able to tell you about the quality of the work later, when I go for a ride. I recommend contacting you.

TOYOTA RAV4 2011, vibration appeared in the rear of the car when the speed was set from 40 km /h and above. I turned to the guys from PROKARDAN, they explained the possible causes of the disease to me in a reasoned and competent manner, offered a diagnosis and turned out to be 100% right - the autopsy showed the wear of the crosses. In the morning, the gimbal was removed, the tired crosspieces were replaced and the next day they were installed in place. I arrived from Volozhin (100 km from Minsk) on Saturday, the BMW e61 rear gimbal was made, for one thing and the diagnosis of the front one with a free consultation of their maintenance (which few people know about). A couple of weeks later, I took off and handed over the front gimbal at a convenient time for me, they met me, did it and sent it back, thanks a lot to prokardan)

Arrived with a problem, left with 5 problems. These 5 were made at my expense, and new 5 popped up. It feels like they're doing one thing and breaking the other on purpose. Now I suffer after them and redo everything. I'm not glad that I applied anymore. I have already invested a lot of money after them and this is not the end. After them, I see a lot of broken things, which leads to new problems, costs of money and time

There was a problem with the hum and vibration when speeding up.The driveshaft was removed, an external inspection revealed nothing.They left it to be sorted out at the stand.Master Dmitry is an excellent specialist, explained everything, answered all my stupid questions.In the evening, they called, revealed a malfunction, there was an elastic coupling (rear).They offered replacement options (worse, but cheaper and better, of course more expensive).There was an even cheaper, experimental option to modify the old clutch.It was tempting, but I refused.The next day, in the late afternoon, the repaired gimbal arrived and took its place in the car in 40 minutes.Extraneous noises and vibrations disappeared, and the cabin became quieter.It's nice to go.I thank Mikhail and Dmitry for their professionalism and human attitude.

The gimbal was repaired from the 2011 Sprinter. It was in poor condition, it was beating and buzzing. We changed 3 springs, a support, and balanced them. All three places where the christavins were changed were painted black so as not to rust. They gave an official guarantee + a discount on the amount of work. Then we checked it out.
