I sat for an hour waiting for the order, everything is as it should be, there is a number on the table. I see that the people who came much after me brought the same thing that I ordered. I asked the employee, it turns out they forgot about me! So they also ran into me, saying that I hadn't come up before. I understand everything, but I'm sitting in front of the cash register with the hour number. There are two and a half visitors in the hall. The staff is very "attentive" and the service is "good"!

But the most important thing is that I waited for exactly half an hour for this dish, after which I went and reminded about it. To which I received a response of 2.5 minutes of pliz and not a drop of apologies, My opinion is that they stupidly forgot about my order. And you don't need to nod, they say there are a lot of orders and you are in line. I saw that people who ordered later than me successfully received orders BEFORE me. We always came here twice a week for coffee and food. Previously, there was a very cool staff and the service was excellent. But recently they have changed and it has become so-so. We came when there were a couple of people - the usual cocktail of 3 ingredients was prepared for 35 minutes. The service has "fallen", as they say. It's a pity we haven't been coming in lately.
