I signed up for the "hardware body correction" procedure via Instagram, and already by correspondence I did not like how they communicated with me. I can tell when an employee is friendly and makes contact, and when they are NOT. But there was more disappointment ahead of me....
In the correspondence, she made it clear that 10 sessions of 50 minutes each. They said that the recording was going to take place in March, I asked for free windows, they sent me and I wrote everything down, what days and what time!! And they said that the subscription for March must be redeemed before 10.02 ! Before that, I had a personal question about whether this was a contraindication and just ignored me without answering!
I personally came to the salon on 08.02 to redeem the subscription and they told me that the procedure was scheduled, only for 5 procedures and in general the price was raised for March, I was not told about it anywhere. They justified themselves by what they had published in the story, but after that I did not find any information, no one informed me personally! Communication with me was not the friendliest, referring to the fact that it was my own fault! ( is it my job to inform clients? )
I told him to cancel the recording and in response I did not even hear an apology for incorrect work with the client!
I work with people myself, and I know what it's like. But after all this, I was completely disappointed with this salon.
In addition, the cabin was rather untidy — there was hair on the floor, and the smell was far from fresh. There was an impression that cleanliness was not being monitored.
