I express my deep gratitude to the SC for the repair of the LG refrigerator. Almost immediately, the issue of replacing the inverter compressor, which is under warranty, was resolved. Special thanks to the specialist who carried out the repair work. A very pleasant young man, benevolent, polite. He knows his business. By the way, this SC was contacted earlier (10 years ago) with the issue of repairing another warranty refrigerator. The issue was also resolved instantly. We wish the SC to continue to keep the brand! Prosperity and development to you! Good luck and prosperity to all employees!

Terrible service center!!!! They delay the timing of diagnostics (was it carried out???), repairs. They promise to call back, but this does not happen. Since September, the issue with the equipment has been resolved (then they waited for the part, installed it, but the problem remained; they took it away in mid-November for diagnosis, repair - there is still no result).
With each call to the service center, the repair time is postponed for another week.
I do not recommend it to anyone!!
