I want to leave a positive review on the occasion of the service and staff, 1 - this is the occasion of the service: everything went quickly and clearly, I did not expect that people could be so fast in their work, 2 - this is the staff, namely, the employee Kristina was pleased, special respect and respect for her. About the quality of the staff: fast maintenance and adaptation to the person (what he needs and how to do it right), the waiting time is very fast, faster than a fighter jet. Based on the location: close to home and quick access to the service point, in general, I give this place a class of 100/10

It was necessary to find and print several pages from a large (165 pages) pdf file. Accordingly, it takes some time to find them. There was no queue. I came to an empty salon. There were two girls working: a blonde and a brunette. Unfortunately, the blonde was closer and I had to work with her. I took no more than 5 minutes to choose. All the time, the cameraman looked at me with such disapproval, as if I had personally done something incredibly disgusting to her. And filtered through his teeth: "muuuzhchina, are you done?!"it brought me back to the last century to a stern saleswoman with a fleece of vegetables. As a result: a couple of pages were printed out wrong, the payment was charged for printing and ... the work of the operator. I paid and left, because it was physically unpleasant to be next to such a "specialist".
P.S. there were no complaints about the brunette, she served several clients with a smile and very politely in front of me.
P.S. sorry for the "blonde" and "brunette". If the girls had badges, I would write the names.

I took a passport photo on February 28. There were two female employees, no questions for them. But there are questions about the rules of the passport photo. They told me to put all my hair behind my ears, even on one side along my face, but they didn't approve. They say it doesn't matter that the oval of the face is open, the ears should be visible symmetrically. But I have a complex.. I did the styling on purpose.. It turned out to be a monkey, and the photos were printed in red, and there was a crease on the blouse, but I didn't notice.. no one said to remove this fold. I went across the street and redid it in some kind of basement, it's relatively normal. These rules have not been heard about either in other copy centers or in the passport office itself. A month later, a friend took an expensive passport photo with her hair processed, sent it to Telegram, and was accepted at the passport office without question. Where do you come up with such rules with your ears? I'm not applying for a visa.

Uploading photos to the server, especially if they weigh a lot, is a whole quest. Everything freezes, slows down, does not indicate the process. But for printing, photos just have to be in high quality...

The girls who work there do an excellent job, are polite, and will always tell you how to make a print more profitable and better. They will edit what is necessary and do everything quickly and efficiently.

I got to the guy twice, does not warn at all how much it costs, offers the most expensive options, does not tell me how best, is not talkative. I cut off the margins of one A4 sheet for 1.5 rubles. Even if it is in the price list, then you could have warned me, I would have refused and cut it off with scissors on my own 😑

I do not recommend this place.
The staff leaves much to be desired: not competent employees, poor work with equipment and unpleasant communication.
Print quality: the feeling that there is not enough toner, printing with gaps. But for poor-quality printing, payment is still made according to the price list, which is above average.
Location: the only good thing in this center.

The prices are above average, the quality is at the same level, the photo will come down to the docks, but the printing of large bright formats leaves much to be desired. Communication with customers leaves much to be desired, queues move VERY slowly. I've been here several times and always waited for ~40 minutes, although there were only about 5 people in the queue.
I was photographed for a visa last month, the girl did not tell me anything at all whether to raise my head, where to look, etc. The result: terrible photos, the hair lies unevenly, the head is not raised enough. I threw these photos away and took them elsewhere from professionals.

The print quality was frustrating. The employee talked to someone for a long time, to the question "can I print it out" she silently unfolded the contact plate, and then she kept talking until I interrupted her with the question whether the file had reached. The image turned out to be cloudy, with streaks of paint, the price was generally said only after printing. Well, the price for such quality is too high. I recommend looking for other printing centers if you need to print detailed images well.
