1. Reception - complete lack of service. You take a queue, you wait, but others let you through, and they tell you that you have to get through it yourself. Then what is the point of having a queue number?!
2. The service is called "Consultation", but in fact there is no consultation. Probably, the task of the doctor specifically for this service is to fully inform about the procedure for the operation, the preparation for it, the list of necessary tests and actions before and after it. However, the doctors at this clinic prescribe it immediately. At the same time, if you don't specify the details yourself, they don't tell you about it. The doctors' attitude towards you is like another sum that will replenish their pocket.
According to the reviews, they decided to have an operation at this clinic, and after the "consultation" they decided that they did not need to risk their health and refused their services. In general, it is at the discretion of everyone. I would not recommend this clinic.

Complete lack of service.
I came on a first-come, first-served basis-waiting 2 hours (the girls at the reception are fed "breakfasts") Please wait, there are 3 people in front of you. And these 3 people stretch to 8, because "their people" pass by without queues.
I arrived by appointment at the time 15 minutes earlier and again another person is pushed in front of me. I was outraged and ended up waiting for the picture the longest.

The queue system is terribly built, we came to a live queue, we were told to wait 40 minutes, in the end we waited 2 hours and were told to wait another 40 minutes, they let us go endlessly without queuing. 3) low level of competence: the doctor asks why we need to look at the fundus. We say an indication during pregnancy to determine the need for a cesarean section. Answer: "there are no recommendations to an ophthalmologist in the 3rd trimester."..

Visually, it is not even visible that there is a seal (at least for now), that is, the quality of the seals is good. They were very neatly stacked, in layers, that is, they should hold well (in my unprofessional opinion) (maybe I was unlucky before, but most often they were just put in one piece and illuminated).
