Just terrible service! You come to them to place an order, and they roll their eyes when you ask them to show you a palette of colors that they can use for envelopes. As a result, I drop the layout on Viber, and they don't answer me.
As a result, another person answers, who does not understand what order we expected, and we had to start all over again. The order processing lasted from February 14 to February 21. I kept reminding myself so that they would finally count me and send me an invoice for payment. As a result, they freeze it until today, I freaked out and ordered it where I usually do. As a result, the order took 4 days with delivery. 👍
