This is simply the best coffee shop of this format in Minsk. a huge selection of drinks, both hot and cold. There is a menu of desserts, biscuits and cookies. Very friendly and customer-oriented staff. You can always ask for water to order, which is very nice. In general, this is now our permanent coffee point. Thank you very much!

There are no questions, everything is cool. But there are some baristas who show with their whole appearance that they are not happy that you have come. And the older the staff, the more noticeable it is.
I am sure that the politeness of the staff in such establishments is 50% of success, and 50% of delicious high-quality coffee is not always enough to buy coffee.

The staff is terrible. I was here today, I didn't have anything to give change, they didn't even apologize. They respond rudely. I don't recommend it.
There are many other outlets with normal baristas in the shopping center, and I advise you to avoid this one if you don't want to spoil your mood. I ask you to have a conversation with the staff about how to behave with customers and take measures

The coffee is delicious. But the red velvet dessert was disappointing, dry, obviously it had been standing for a long time, the taste of mold in the center. If you have stale desserts, make a discount on them or warn them.
We also took pistachio dessert, it was good.
