For the first time I decided to buy a car from the site, or rather to make a trade-in. I toured several places in Minsk, stopped here on my way home just for show (I thought so right away). What distinguishes this place from the rest is the attitude towards customers and the conditions of stay + throughout the entire time you are accompanied by a manager (from choosing a car on the website to a test drive and paperwork at the MREO). The assessment of my car also turned out to be acceptable (in other places they gave 8k$ for my car, here 9.3k$ (the same amount was given in Atlant-m) I also haggled). In general, I recommend it.

I was considering buying a Lada Largus Cross car. At first, the car on the site cost 12,800, they drove up, examined the car, offered the manager the price of 11,800, to which they received the answer that they could only make a very small discount. A week or two later, the car was already worth 12400. He dialed the salon's phone number, said that he had inspected the car and was ready to pick it up for 11,800. The manager said he would check with the management and call back. An hour later, I received a reply that 12400 was the final price and there was no bargaining. Two days later, the car dropped to 12200.... And now it costs 11790. To be honest, I'm perplexed. In terms of customer orientation: I talked to two managers, none of them offered to save my phone number and call me back if there was an interesting price for me. The first manager I talked to generally left with the words: that it makes no sense to bargain with you, a car with VAT will fly away like a hot pie. And the cart is still there.
I'll add: I was pleased that after the review, the managers immediately began to call and clarify about the purchase of a car. And I was also amused by the official response to the review: like, send contacts by mail, etc.. Sent and.... There was no reaction. Here is such a service .....:(
