They tried to call, called 32 times, and it was always busy.We came on Monday, we wanted to check our eyesight, a consultant came up to us, offered her help, we asked when they had an appointment for an eye check, the consultant said there was only one for Wednesday, a full diagnosis costs 48 rubles,the second consultant came up and wondered why there was no appointment for Tuesday,the second consultant opened the magazine, and I saw that only one person was signed up for Tuesday, there was an action on Tuesday, you could check your eyesight for free, the second consultant offered us for Tuesday, we were signed up.
We arrived on Tuesday, we had our eyesight checked, we decided to order lenses for glasses from them, from the start they started offering prices for one lens starting from 100 rubles, we said that it was expensive for us, we wanted to pay for the recipe so that the recipe would remain in our hands, our request was ignored, after that they began to offer us something cheaper, 60 rubles for one lens, we agreed to this price.We were asked how long to wait for a lens replacement, and we were told 10-15 days, although on Monday we were told up to 10 days.
There are no questions to the ophthalmologist, a good doctor, a very pleasant woman.
But the consultants are trying to sell everything at a higher price.

Since I have very poor eyesight, I need the smallest, but at the same time beautiful and stylish glasses. Also, the lenses should be thin, but at the same time affordable. I was always happy with the result. I am a very demanding and scrupulous person, but my expectations have been met many times. Without exaggeration, I believe that this optics is one of the best in Belarus. The price-quality suits me. Because in my case, glasses cannot be cheap, and at the same time high-quality and beautiful. I understand that thin lenses have their justified price, but when I put on glasses, I see that they adorn me, do not distort my appearance. I feel like a beautiful and confident woman.

I bought glasses made of titanium with a golden coating in August, and in March I noticed that the coating began to peel off in the nose area. The opticians said they couldn't do anything about it, so wear it. It's been a year and a half since I bought it, and these are the worst glasses I've ever had. And I've been wearing glasses for 18 years now. The glass on one side is constantly flying out, the coating has peeled off over the entire surface of the glasses in pieces. The glasses cost about 400 rubles.

I decided to buy myself new glasses and my choice fell on the epiphany optics salon. Since there you can immediately visit an ophthalmologist and not waste time going to the clinic for a prescription. When I came to the salon, I was greeted by lovely consultants who helped me choose a frame. Having lost more than one pair of glasses, I finally chose my own. They gave me a discount on the frame, which I was very happy about. The ophthalmologist was also a very nice woman, she checked my eyesight, to my joy it remained unchanged. I was also given a prescription, according to which I can order another pair of glasses at any time. I took the finished glasses literally half an hour later. I was satisfied with the work of the management and the staff. I recommend this salon to everyone)

I made an appointment with an ophthalmologist on time, as a result, I got to the appointment only an hour after the appointed time. It is unclear why the recording is needed then. The doctor did not explain anything, it seemed that the main task was to prescribe glasses and sell frames and lenses more expensive.

I ordered the last time at the very end of October, and well, I did not expect that the work would be done in just a few hours along with the delivery of lenses from Minsk! My daughter (12 years old) was prescribed glasses. It was a little shock for the child, she even cried (she thought that they would tease her at school, call her names). The girls calmed my child, found an approach to her, picked up a frame, spent a lot of time on her, and it's all with a smile and no irritation and discontent with the child.

More expensive coated lenses are being imposed . when you say that you need glasses in uncoated glasses, the answer is: there are no such glasses anywhere, only coated and in general they are colorless. In fact, lenses distort colors and turn yellow very much. There is no customer orientation . just sell what they need .

A large selection of frames for every taste from budget to branded collections. The glasses will be made for you within 20 minutes. Having come to this optics, you will definitely come back again. Everything is done with love and dedication. The best optics in the city!!!

I ordered glasses, choosing tinted lenses. They did it quickly, called within a couple of hours. That's where the advantages ended. The glasses were given to me with dirty lenses, but I did not focus on this, deciding that I could wipe them myself. And in vain. At home, I found that both lenses have black dots all over the surface. We were visiting in Mozyr and it was no longer possible to contact the same optician, since it was too late. I asked for advice from another optician and the girl told me that this was not a tinting defect, as I initially decided, but more like chips. I.e. defective lenses. In my opinion, 206 rubles for glasses is not so cheap that it treats the product and customers so casually. The service is also on the "top three". The general impression was slightly smoothed out by the girl who consulted about the further handling of glasses, after learning that these were my first ones. In general, I do not recommend it to anyone (
