The team itself simply has no words:

Wonderful medical center.
Pleasant atmosphere, friendly girls at the reception, always treat you with coffee and tea.
They came up with the problem of excess weight. We bought a course for 3 months. Before that, my husband tried to lose weight, but it didn't work out, so he didn't really believe in the result.

I worked with nutritionist Alexander for 2 months. The cost of maintaining 1 month is 235 rubles.
It's not worth the money at all. It immediately resets the list of recommended products and recipe examples. In the future, you need to send him nutrition reports every day. Alexander is negligent about his work. He could not respond for 3-4 days, stay awake, tell me that everything is fine, ask how you are, and that's it. We worked with him for 2 months, during this period we managed to lose only 3 kg. Sorry, but to answer for 235p once every 4 days, to say that everything is fine is not justified. I was tired of such a cavalier attitude towards me, saying that I would no longer come because of money problems, Alexander said that he would calculate the calories for me and tell me how to eat further, that was all, I did not wait for any calculation from him, there were no nutrition recommendations.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT, IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY.

The doors and part of the wall in the aquazone are glass - you will be in full view of people passing by. I liked the massage and the hammam. A large and comfortable Jacuzzi. There is music in the aquazone (Yandex station). Due to the constant fear of falling, it is not possible to relax.

The hall is small and stuffy. For some reason, they do not know how to use air conditioning and create a pleasant environment. No one will select individual workouts for you.
I am writing for those who bought into the advertisement "consultation of a nutritionist for 30 rubles"
No nutritionist will advise you. A salesgirl will pour water into your ears for two hours so that at the end you buy a weight loss program from them. No analysis of diet, habits, etc.
