I have been going to this center since November. Very convenient location near the metro, as well as Parking for visitors.
The team itself simply has no words:

Coach Alexey (there is someone to compare him with) knows his business, he has his own approach to everyone according to your capabilities. (He doesn't let you mess around).
Nutritionists help with questions, give advice on what and how best to try (for example, I adjusted the nutrition itself and the amount, but it turned out that I was not doing ( ).
Massage and spa treatments, without words, all the experts in their field and everyone has their own method of work, they try all your requests.
But I can definitely say relax.
You can relax and unwind in the center. I recommend.

Wonderful medical center.
Pleasant atmosphere, friendly girls at the reception, always treat you with coffee and tea.
They came up with the problem of excess weight. We bought a course for 3 months. Before that, my husband tried to lose weight, but it didn't work out, so he didn't really believe in the result.
But now he is thrilled that he has lost 10 kg in just 2.5 months!!!!! At the same time, it is easy and without starvation, I only followed these recommendations. Many thanks to nutritionist Klimov for the developed menu, All the dishes are just great, I lost weight with pleasure!!!
