I bought an edible bouquet here for a colleague for his birthday. In general, everything is fine: beautifully decorated, fresh food. The only thing is that the delivery was delayed for an hour, we had to wait a little. But communication with the manager left a pleasant impression, he apologized for the inconvenience. The composition turned out to be bright and festive, the birthday girl was pleased. I think I'll apply again!

The most terrible company that can ruin everything!
I turned to them for flower delivery on October 26, at about 21:00 p.m., to arrange delivery for my daughter's birthday. She has an anniversary on October 27th. 25th anniversary. I wanted to make a surprise by 12 at night.
It all started well. The manager communicated very competently. I was even surprised that we could have such a service. But! At the most important moment, they ruined everything.
At first they told me that the delivery had been made. I was talking to my daughter on a video call at that moment, since I myself am in the Russian Federation.
But, there was no delivery. Then they apologized and said that they had confused it with another delivery. As a result, the bouquet was brought not by 12, but by one o'clock!
I also wrote the text so that they would print it out and put it in an envelope with a postcard. As a result, there was neither an envelope with congratulations, nor a postcard that paid for it. We contacted the courier, to which he replied that nothing had been sent to him. I wrote to the manager, she didn't read my SMS anymore.
I got in touch again this morning. She (the manager) apologized and offered to make the delivery today. I agreed. It's been 3 hours. Did you write to find out what's in there?
To which they replied that they had transferred everything and if I wanted to send it again, I had to pay for everything again. THEY ACCUSED US THAT THEY ALLEGEDLY DELIVERED TO US, BUT WE HIDE IT!
I asked for the owner's number. Stubbornly they did not give it. Most likely they didn't allow it. In the end, I already said that I would appeal to consumer protection. After that, they reluctantly returned the money for the postcard.
The whole surprise was ruined! I will never turn to such an irresponsible company in my life! And I don't recommend it to anyone!

Not competent staff! Terrible service! I ordered an Orchid in 4 DAYS of a certain color! The color was very important! Agreed, the photo was confirmed in TG! As a result, they brought the wrong color and a completely different orchid! How is it? At the same time, the calls were not answered? Half an hour later, we texted TG with apologies that the florists had decided to send another orchid, as the one I ordered was of poor quality! This is the first time I've heard such nonsense from flower delivery companies!

Don't order anything there! You will be deceived! I ordered a bouquet delivery from Moscow in advance for my mother's birthday, chose a certain bouquet, and paid for it. The manager said he would send the photo before sending it! As a result, silence. Until I wrote to them myself. As a result, they sent me a photo of a bouquet that was not at all what I ordered, they slipped me fewer flowers, and also the cheapest ones. The changes were not coordinated with me. We were very disappointed!!!! We ordered a bouquet for a colleague, the photo of the bouquet (as promised ) was not sent before sending, it was sent without confirmation. As a result, we sent another bouquet that was radically different from what was chosen on the site . When they wanted to pay, they said that the bouquet had gone up in price (but we agreed anyway because we liked this bouquet). As a result, time spent, money and a spoiled mood!!!
