I bought an edible bouquet here for a colleague for his birthday. In general, everything is fine: beautifully decorated, fresh food. The only thing is that the delivery was delayed for an hour, we had to wait a little. But communication with the manager left a pleasant impression, he apologized for the inconvenience. The composition turned out to be bright and festive, the birthday girl was pleased. I think I'll apply again!
The most terrible company that can ruin everything!
I turned to them for flower delivery on October 26, at about 21:00 p.m., to arrange delivery for my daughter's birthday. She has an anniversary on October 27th. 25th anniversary. I wanted to make a surprise by 12 at night.
It all started well. The manager communicated very competently. I was even surprised that we could have such a service. But! At the most important moment, they ruined everything.
At first they told me that the delivery had been made. I was talking to my daughter on a video call at that moment, since I myself am in the Russian Federation.
But, there was no delivery. Then they apologized and said that they had confused it with another delivery. As a result, the bouquet was brought not by 12, but by one o'clock!
I also wrote the text so that they would print it out and put it in an envelope with a postcard. As a result, there was neither an envelope with congratulations, nor a postcard that paid for it. We contacted the courier, to which he replied that nothing had been sent to him. I wrote to the manager, she didn't read my SMS anymore.
I got in touch again this morning. She (the manager) apologized and offered to make the delivery today. I agreed. It's been 3 hours. Did you write to find out what's in there?
To which they replied that they had transferred everything and if I wanted to send it again, I had to pay for everything again. THEY ACCUSED US THAT THEY ALLEGEDLY DELIVERED TO US, BUT WE HIDE IT!
I asked for the owner's number. Stubbornly they did not give it. Most likely they didn't allow it. In the end, I already said that I would appeal to consumer protection. After that, they reluctantly returned the money for the postcard.
The whole surprise was ruined! I will never turn to such an irresponsible company in my life! And I don't recommend it to anyone!
