I ordered a bouquet for my mom, we discussed the details in the messenger. I chose a summer composition (photo from their website), in which they agreed to replace the bells and delphinium, since they were not available.
The order was made with a full prepayment, as the flowers were bought to order. On the day of delivery, photos of the bouquet were not sent to me for approval, because "we did not have time, the courier was late." The reality did not match the expectation at all. They sent a round, absolutely not airy composition with bald spots, in which poor Matiolla was drowned, although the shape of the inflorescence is similar to a delphinium, there was no static in the bouquet.

To solve the problem, the store offered me a 15% discount on my next order. The refund was refused.
I also want to note that the cost of bouquets that the store broadcasts on social networks is outdated, and most likely you will receive a large one when ordering.
