It seems to be a good medical center, but I was on an ultrasound of the mammary glands, I am monitored every year, I do an ultrasound and there have always been experienced doctors who explained and told everything in detail. And here in this clinic, no matter how the ultrasound was done, it took all 5 minutes, they wrote that everything was unchanged as last year, no recommendations, nothing, I asked the ultrasound of steel, and she said it was not to me but to her gynecologist, I will turn anyway But how can you do an ultrasound without understanding what you're doing? Incompetence and clearly that a medical worker without education, I have something to compare with, given that I am a medic myself. And yes, I paid money for it, in the end it's unclear why.
The medical center has really good specialists, BUT to make an appointment you need to go through fire and water. It takes half a day to get through to the administrator, and I don't say anything about canceling the recording. I called for two days to cancel an appointment with a specialist and give someone else the opportunity to make an appointment.
She suggested that the administrator hire more staff or take an individual to make calls, and a separate one to calculate patients at the reception. To which they replied, “This is not my area of expertise.” She told me to pass this information to the management, they said that they were aware of the situation. So if the management is worried, why doesn't it take action?
A visible online account that doesn't even get a call back. They don't record via Viber/Telegram. Only by phone. That's the question. How can I get through to make an appointment with this or that specialist?
Terribly simple.
Since there is something to compare it with, I will say that I really liked this medical center. Since more than one ultrasound was scheduled, when contacting me by phone, options were offered in a very polite manner so that I would have to make a minimum of visits (we tried to reduce all ultrasounds to one time as much as possible). When you visit, you always hear: "Be kind, please," and all the same. If you arrive a little earlier, you don't expect your time, and when the specialist is released, you are immediately invited to the procedures. Doctors are also attentive, they explain everything and, if you ask questions on the merits, they explain, and at the end of the procedures they always wish: "Be healthy and don't get sick."
