I would like to leave a review about the bank's service, a money transfer that I cannot receive without a Private bank card and in order to receive it, I need to go after my money for days. I really don't like this kind of service and I will complain about such lawlessness that is happening in the bank in the village of Shevchenkovo, Kharkiv region. And in general, God knows what is going on in all Private banks. I ask you to investigate and take measures why a person cannot be given money if he does not need this card.
