The marina is in a dilapidated state. It is used for hiking. There are benches on the pier for contemplating the sea and sunsets. The views are beautiful, you can take cool photos.
The marina is cool but has long been outdated. It's scary to sit on a rabbit. The stairs are rusty and rotten. There are few shops. And so it's a cool building.
Wonderful clean beach, delight and the best sea experience!

The New Athos Marine Pier is located near the Seaside Park on Lakoba Street.
There are no regular flights from it. Recently, it has been used mainly for tourist ships.
The pier at this place was built by the monks of the New Athos Monastery to export their products and timber.
It was during this monastic pre-revolutionary period that the narrow-gauge horse-drawn railway (konka), the mountain narrow-gauge railway and the funicular were built.
The idea of establishing a monastery in Transcaucasia belongs to the monks of the Russian Panteleimon Monastery on old Athos in Greece.
They implemented their idea with the help of Grand Duke Mikhail Nikolaevich Romanov, governor of the Caucasus. It was he who ordered the allocation of land in the Sukhumi district for the estate and grounds of the New Athos Monastery.
On September 24 (October 6), 1888,
at 11:00, Emperor Alexander III arrived on the cruiser Moscow, accompanied by the clipper ship Memory of Mercury, on a visit to lay the first stone in the construction of the Cathedral of St. Panteleimon the Great Martyr.
Abbot Hieron and Hieromonk Raphael met the royal family on the monastery boat.
The royal family has always provided
the necessary assistance for the creation of the New Athos Monastery: they allocated land, presented musical clocks, chimes for the bell tower in the center of the western building, a steam locomotive for the monastery railway and a diesel engine for the power plant.
At 23:00, accompanied by a military squadron consisting of the armored ships Catherine II, Chesna, and four gunboats, the cruiser Moskva headed for Batumi.
In memory of this visit, the monks built a chapel on the seashore, next to the pier, and installed a memorial plaque at the waterfall.
Alexander III, during his stay in New Athos, preferred to travel on foot. Cypresses were planted along the path of the royal family.
Now, this part of the way is called "Tsarskaya Alley".
The pier is located in the center of the coastline of New Athos and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Iverskaya Mountain and the tower on it, as well as Mount Athos with the temple buildings of the Simono-Kananite monastery.
In the evening, you can watch beautiful, unique sunset views from the pier.
