A good marina.
We like.
Some people think that a boat trip is like a taxi or a shuttle bus... But, this is a river pleasure transport with its own characteristics that you need to know, and the rules must be strictly observed.
However, it's not about the boat, but about the marina.
I would like to note once again that we like her.
This is the second time I come to Mogilev with my family. I really liked it the first time. We were with a little dog named York. The dog was tame, on a leash and sat on his hands, did not bother anyone. The captain was shouting through a megaphone at the entire pier and embankment that he was strictly following the rules and would let us onto the ship only over his dead body. No amount of persuasion, even from other passengers, helped. But any rules in the service sector must be flexible. The dog has a veterinary passport, vaccinations, sat only on his hands, and he also had a carrier with him, it was unlikely that she could pose a security threat or discomfort to others. It's not a wolfhound. Yes, and some children behave in such a way that... In short, there is zero hospitality, only one rudeness on the part of the captain, who began to yell that everyone got him, jumped ashore to show a microscopic sign on the shore with the rules. After such an attitude, all the good impressions of the glorious city of Mogilev disappeared into the Dnieper and all desire to come here again disappeared. For example, there have never been any similar problems in Grodno or Minsk. On the contrary, they also offered help, water, etc. That's where the real attitude towards people and animals is. Learn, captain of the Mogilev ship.
We constantly come here, because we live nearby and a great place for walking, there are no cafes open, but it doesn't matter, we go to the store on the way. That's exactly what's missing - it's a bridge to go to the Underground) sometimes you look and really want to cross, or swim)

A good place for a quiet walk.
There is a scooter rental, and in summer a boat departs from the pier for river trips. There is an amusement park nearby.
About a cute little ship that drifts along the Dnieper river in the area of this pier. Once I took a ride on a motorboat with friends and family (the music was not playing, but I was so eager to sing the song) My joy, there was no chapel. Until I heard Kopitashka yelling at people who passed by his sight)))) I understand, and I've seen the rules. But that screech just knocked me out. The treatment of people is disgusting, and in general, what he gave out is unpleasant. For a ride lois. The children are happy. Friends too. The guy who walked past the window was probably scared)
There is an urgent need to change the captain of the ship, a completely inadequate man who does not give a shit about his job and people. The ship is waiting for at least 20 people to leave. There is no timetable. It looks like this, a family of 2 to 4 people periodically approaches the ship, rises, the captain sends everyone, says he will sail when he sees 20 people and adults. People don't understand anything and leave. It turns out that within half an hour those 20 people are just passing by, but no one understands how long to wait and leave. Next, we decided to wait, there was time, a couple more families were waiting. A campaign comes in half an hour later, 15 people, and we're trying to get up. The captain won't let me in, he says it's a special order, it's paid for. ***, he sees that people are waiting, but does not tell them that they will not sail, but says that they should wait for 20 people. The walk is an hour long, i.e. even if 20 people had come initially, we would not have sailed away, because we would not have had time to return to the paid special order, well, or the captain would have simply cut our time in half. Fire this lazy guy, let him fish.
So much money was poured into its construction. For several years they built, broke down, and built again.
If the ship docks, it is next to the shore. And only ducks and pigeons dock at the pier itself
Extremely inconvenient for berthing the vessel and boarding passengers. The ship docks next to the sandy shore and people on the sand surrender. A landing stage is required

We wanted to ride along the Dnieper on a motor ship, but there are no signs of navigation there and obviously for a long time. Although the Internet calls for river trips.
