Excellent sanatorium! We came to NG 2024-2025, rented 2 rooms in Priozernoye, on the 3rd floor.
The cleaning staff is excellent, they are always and everywhere perfectly clean, they help with all questions.
The cuisine and food are varied, very, very tasty! Of course, it's not a restaurant serving, BUT - with the tk of taste, it's just fine! There is a minimum of salt in almost all dishes, there is always something to choose from meat, poultry or fish. Various salads, drinks. Awesome pastries "like from childhood". Curd casseroles - a head break.
The sanatorium program/procedures - the specialists are excellent, we were satisfied with everything. The youngest child was happy to go to physical therapy and paraffin wraps, although he was very afraid at first))) Cryosauna, baths and underwater massage - fire)
The territory is near a forest, Lake Naroch, you can walk, watch ducks and white swans.
The pool is large, a complex of various baths and saunas, including a snow room, a font with cold water and a hammam - in the latter, by the way, there is no musty smell, as is often the case even in fairly expensive complexes (I have been to many places).
The children are busy all the time - either with procedures, or MK, or movies, or games, or in the children's room - our children are generally very happy with the trip.
I would like to mention the New Year's Eve separately - an excellent program, and the table is above all praise - diverse and so much that it was impossible to eat everything))) there was duck, fish, shrimps, and even crayfish) I'm generally silent about several types of sausage, rolls, and cheeses. By the way, the K NG sanatorium is amazingly decorated, a lot of locations for photographing, a lot of decorated Christmas trees, greatly contributed to the creation and maintenance of a New Year's mood)
In general, the hotel staff - from maids and receptionists to doctors and specialists - are very friendly people, attentive, ready to help, always with a smile, very polite. It was extremely pleasant to interact with everyone without exception. Children are also treated very well and carefully.
Not the cons, but something worth considering.:
- you need to take washing powder with you or buy it. We were out of the loop, but we figured it out quickly. And yes, laundry bags are a must!)
- it's VERY hot in the room (it's warm everywhere in the sanatorium itself, it's very convenient), the air is dry, you need to take care of humidification somehow and ventilate constantly (cast iron batteries, not regulated). It won't be easy for those who are used to coolness and freshness)
- SPA treatments should be booked almost together with the room, especially during peak periods, otherwise you will not get anywhere, unless by accident. But if you do, you won't regret it.
- do not expect to save money on shopping - even if you do not go shopping from the sanatorium, shopping will come to you by itself))) And that's it, it's gone)))
- the water in the pool is very chlorinated, which is understandable (there are a lot of vacationers, the load is full), but it can be difficult for people with sensitive skin. Constant skin hydration is something that should be taken care of.
As a result, we are very happy with our vacation and plan to return again)

Super cool sanatorium. Rested body and soul! The main advantages:
- The place. Pine forest, amazing lake nearby. There is a place to walk, to ride
- Great food. She's really amazing!The choice may not be very big, but the taste of everything is incredible and the food is very balanced.Just 10 points out of 5.
-Sanatorium infrastructure. The sanatorium has everything! And everything is fresh, well-groomed, clean.
-Spa complex. A separate topic. Super!
Some disadvantages:
- Our room had a 140 cm bed. And it's quite uncomfortable milking two people.
- Uncomfortable pillows. I had to buy an orthopedic, I couldn't sleep well.
- They didn't warn that they might have an influx of tourists and the spa might be busy. It was sad to arrive and find out that there are no places for a massage for the next 7 days.
Overall, we are super happy and we want to bring more.

This is the first time we have been to the sanatorium, so there is nothing to compare it with. But here are the impressions.
I really liked it.
The sanatorium is new, the buildings and rooms are in excellent condition. Convenient parking.
The procedures are good, varied and useful. Beautiful sauna complex and swimming pools. I really liked the mineral baths and mud baths.
The food is excellent: plenty and tasty.
I would especially like to mention the outdoor area of the sanatorium - it is beautiful, absolutely tidy, there are all sports facilities, even a mini golf course. Excellent walking areas and gazebos.
There are excellent trails for Nordic walking and cycling around the sanatorium along the shores of Lake Narach.
The staff is well trained, all the girls are just beautiful.
We'll go again in a year!

The sanatorium was wonderful, everything was at the highest level, the check-in was fast, everything was explained in an accessible way, we settled into a beautiful room, the food, although bland, was very tasty and varied.... the staff is friendly, there are a lot of people in the sanatorium, but no queues, everything is quiet and peaceful.... top-level treatment and procedures👍👍👍 the massage therapists are just great🔥 I really liked the radio frequency listing and vacuum facial massage... A wonderful sanatorium! I liked almost everything! Convenient, large and secure parking! Well-groomed and beautiful territory! Perfect cleanliness in the rooms! There is a very large selection of dishes in the dining room! Excellent medical care! Friendly staff! Great entertainment program! There is a bar where live music evenings are often held! The only bad luck was with the sauna complex ... Permanent repairs of the sauna and the Russian steam room ... But in general, everything is fine! I recommend it!

An excellent sanatorium with a wonderful staff. The medical base, food, accommodation, and service are great. Pleasant staff, always courteous and helpful. Special respect to the management for continuous development. The beach, the new restaurant, the renovation of rooms and equipment. We happened to go on a spa vacation with our daughter for a week. I was pleasantly surprised by the service, everyone is friendly and pleasantly responsive). I was hoping to lose weight on diet meals, but it didn't work out. Everything was delicious and varied. We walked around the territory, walked every day to the lake to feed the swans. We took the all inclusive spa - every day there were so many treatments, treatments, baths, massages, even tired)))
Thanks! We had a wonderful 6 days before the New Year!
Of the cons, I note: some rooms have already "tired" furniture and a bed.
And we were stuffy in the gym.

Hello everyone In fact, everything is fine here. The food is dietary, but very diverse, there are a lot of procedures, the staff are friendly, and a rich recreation program.
What I didn't like: an aged, slightly deaf and with gadgets rental employee, very big for a C grade. When you go to the pool in the evening, they remind you that you have 30 minutes left because you have to go out at 21.45 and blah blah. In general, I just felt that it was necessary to go everywhere early, there was a slight hurry, because it was necessary to close, clean, etc. I had to argue and swear several times, but I don't like that. For me, as an evening person, there was not enough working gym. It is open until 19.00.
In general, there are shortcomings in my opinion, but in general the air, nutrition and procedures are very good.
And if possible, leave 1-2 days of rest without procedures. Just get some sleep, take a walk, go to the pool and eat. Because 5-7-10 procedures a day is really too much and it's like you're not resting.

I really liked the sanatorium. I had a rest in January. Naroch was not frozen, the weather was semi-spring, and the natural beauty was pleasing. Well-groomed territory, paths, swings, gazebos : there was a place to walk. And outside the sanatorium there are enough paths for walking, including along the lake. The New Year decorations had not yet been removed, and everything sparkled and shimmered on the territory and in the buildings.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms, offices and procedures down to the smallest detail. They really care about the mood of the vacationers. The swimming pool and baths are included in the price every day - this is also a big plus.
Great food, a buffet, and even by the end of the meal, the assortment was always full, nothing ended.
There are many events every day: concerts, movies, karaoke, yoga, master classes, accordion songs, dancing and much more.
In general, for me, the best Belarusian sanatorium that I want to return to.

The coolest place for a family holiday with children. Excellent and very varied diet (forget that you wanted to lose weight). There are various activities for children every day. Cool pool (included in the price). I will not say about the room stock because we lived in a cottage. In my opinion, the best option for a family with young children. Dignity. the nodes (even public ones) are very clean. It is very beautiful on the territory of the sanatorium (we were in the summer). A lot of benches, benches, flower beds, gazebos, etc. A nice and clean beach. There is a rental of everything your heart desires. There is a bar. Plus, this summer a restaurant opened right on the shore. If it were not for cercariasis and it is safe to swim, then you do not need to go to the sea))). If you like to explore the surroundings, you can slide into the complex of Sediments. It is very beautiful + to ride horses.
Among the disadvantages: there is no ATM (only a branch of Belarusbank), there are queues at the pool during rush hour. There is no phone reservation for the restaurant on the beach.

Good evening! We are currently vacationing in this sanatorium (from 03/22/25 to 03/29/25), we have taken a trip without treatment. We have booked a premium cottage. The sanatorium is clean, well-groomed, beautiful territory. There is something for both children and adults to do. I liked the pool and the SPA. Delicious food, you won't stay hungry, you can always find something. The lake is not far away on foot, and there is a small grocery store within walking distance

There is a rental service on the territory of the sanatorium (bicycles, board games, walking sticks, etc.) Nearby, you can also walk, you can ride a small yacht behind the sanatorium, but apparently in the summer, since there was an ad with rental prices, but nothing worked. Of the cons: the Premium cottage, I think that only in it, since it has its own well and it is located, as it were, outside the territory of the sanatorium, the water has an unpleasant smell of sulfur , swamps. The cottage is new, perhaps this problem surfaced only in the spring, but it must be resolved soon. It is not possible to drink and cook from this water, things from the washing machine also smell very bad, even washing powder does not help. I know that hydrogen sulfide itself is not safe, so we really hope that some measures will be taken to eliminate this problem and this issue will be resolved by our next visit. The staff is very helpful and helpful. Overall, the rating would be 5 stars.

As for me, this is 100 times more effective than all procedures! 2. Spa and swimming pool. A lot has been said in the reviews. I note that this is a very worthy spa! Cleanliness is everywhere and the requirement to wear hats is very appropriate! 3. The area is fully illuminated in the evening. It's critical for us-we walk for at least an hour before going to bed. 4. The presence of a cinema, workshops, tennis tables, billiards and bowling is great! Nuances that must be taken into account in order not to be disappointed: 1. Take the powder, there is a laundry room, there is no powder anywhere to buy 2. It is very hot in the room. Batteries are not regulated. Next time in the summer I will rent a house 3. Absolutely everything (treatments, massages, grooming, bowling) must be booked in advance! My favorite sanatorium! There is such beauty and cleanliness in every corner. The SPA is a paradise! Something is constantly being updated and repairs are being made. Very tasty! All employees are friendly. A very good entertainment program, various games, contests, karaoke, master classes, accordion songs and much more. Very cozy bar and pizzeria. The sanatorium itself is like a mini-city. If the weather is bad outside, then you can not go out, but find entertainment inside for every taste. The only thing I didn't like was the music at the disco. On March 26, there was a disco at the request of vacationers. I can't believe that such music was ordered, it was even worse than on other days. And of course, a significant disadvantage is the price increase, especially in the summer.

We had a family vacation of 4 people (2 adults, 1 teenager and a 6-year-old child). I will note the important points for such a composition. The quality of the food is excellent. Just as much as you need, no frills, but incredibly high-quality and delicious. Very nice spa complex. 1.5 hours is not enough for us in winter. But nevertheless. The ability to move to all locations without wearing outerwear. This is important for families with children. Having a free laundry room solves the laundry problem for the family. The children's room is available, but very boring. 2 days a week and does not work at all. The presence of MK every day: they made brooches, toys, bags of wishes. Awesome Movies are sometimes funny. 2 table tennis points. The bowling is good. And a separate topic about the air and the territory as a whole is the incredibly delicious air, we slept like the dead. A couple of comments for revision: the batteries in the room are not regulated, it was hot for us to sleep. We opened the windows, but because the room is small, and there are 4 of us, it was cold at the window. The room itself has zero noise insulation, 90s furniture, blankets like grandma's, and huge and uncomfortable pillows. But we were in a car, we didn't stay in the room, we went to the Holy Trinity Church for Sunday service at 13.00-we recommend it, to the Nanosy Ethno complex, Myadel and Minsk.
We will definitely return in the summer, because we saw the wonderful beach at Naroch

A wonderful sanatorium.
The place is gorgeous: there is a pine forest around, a lake very close, the air is saturated from this, you can scoop with a spoon.
The territory of the sanatorium is large, very beautifully decorated, it can be seen that the landscape designers worked hard.
There is a lot of entertainment for adults, children, and family groups on the territory.
The administration has taken care to accommodate adults and children in different buildings. Therefore, the sanatorium is quiet. This also applies to food. On the ground floor there is a restaurant for children, on the second floor for adults.
The sanatorium itself has been recently renovated: clean, beautiful, modern. The rooms are comfortably furnished. The sound insulation is decent.
Doctors hear all your "needs and requirements", they are very tactful and attentive.
The list of services is large.
Despite the fact that the workload of the sanatorium is 100%, the staff competently breed everyone - there are no queues anywhere.
Thanks to the administration for taking care of our health.
I recommend it to everyone, I will definitely return there myself.

I came to the Priozerny sanatorium for the first time. Very well maintained territory, large - there is a place to walk , perfect cleanliness. The service is very polite, if you get lost between the buildings (they are all connected to each other on the 2nd floor), they will tell you with a smile where to go next. The food is a buffet, the choice of dishes is large and there is always fresh fruit. It's pretty tasty. I had a lot of treatments, went to the SPA and had fun. And what a beauty in the pool, the temperature is 26-28, comfortable, a separate pool with warmer water, there is a children's pool. And there are three baths to choose from, I love the hammam. I enjoyed my vacation very much. I will definitely come. We went by car, left Moscow at 4:30 , got there in 10 hours, the road is good.

I had a rest at another sanatorium. I've been here in this complex. Everything you need to go through the bath procedures is there. Finnish sauna, Russian steam room, and Turkish hammam. A pool with various watering cans, another with a hydro massage, a third large one with a shower, a watering can, a hydro massage, and even a swimming track for training. There is a bar and a hot tub on the terrace. Of all the sanatoriums in Naroch, this one is probably the most luxurious compared to others.

I had a rest at this sanatorium in April 2025. I am very pleased! Everything is great! European level ! I didn 't expect it , to be honest ! Well done Belarusians!!! The cleanliness is just perfect everywhere in the building, in the room, and on the territory! Restaurant food ! Everything is clear , no jostling . It looks like a big sanatorium , but there are no people in sight . The treatment is also at a high level. The staff responds to your every whim! I really liked that the procedures on weekends are the same as on weekdays , i.e. 12 days in this sanatorium are equal to 14 in the sanatorium where Saturday and Sunday are empty days . The only thing to note is the lack of a transfer on the way back. I have to return to Minsk to the train station (I'm from Moscow) by public transport (( . And this is a dead minibus, already half full ! Only the last seats on the wheel remain , surrounded by falling suitcases . By the time I got to the train station, the whole impression of a wonderful holiday had almost disappeared ! And one more thing, a comment on the work of the booking service! I can't get through! They don 't pick up the phone on WhatsApp , and they don 't respond to text messages . The victims managed to get at least some information by e-mail with grief. Before I settled on this sanatorium, I called a number of other sanatoriums in Belarus, and they answered almost immediately! It was felt that they were glad to receive your call and were waiting for you , this is not the case here at all !!! From the word AT ALL ! And so , 5 stars !!! I'll come back. Thank you, Belarusian!

We were here from November 12th to 22nd. Like it :

At the same time, there is an optimal ratio of price and high quality of services provided.

We have been to the sanatorium 4 times, we come in winter, January-February. Everything is fine, procedures, food, service, view from the window, territory.. The only remark, but a very significant one, is that the pillows and blankets are "very tired" of the guests. The pillows are lumpy, the blankets are smaller than the duvet covers, and they are very short and heavy, though thin.. I think it's from the washes... They don't pull 5 stars in any way... This is the only drawback in these 4 years...

But unfortunately there is a fly in the ointment. Managers for the sale of tickets for the transfer "sanatorium-railway station in Minsk" deliberately mislead vacationers. In fact, they sell tickets for a city bus without seats. He visits all localities. It is unbearably hot and stuffy in the minibus. Moreover, we were put in the very last places.

We came to the pool/spa. Very worthy! There are several saunas, an ice room, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and a wellness area. Clean water, warmth. The price is affordable, the surcharge for exceeding the session time is minimal. You definitely need a cap, you can have a disposable one. Very beautiful, well-maintained territory of the hotel. There is parking nearby, I don't remember exactly, but it seems to be paid.

I was a guest of this wonderful sanatorium in March of this year. I really liked everything, some advantages and more than one disadvantage. I liked everything very much: an excellent sanatorium, all the staff is competent and attentive. The food is varied, delicious, cooked with a soul. The rooms are cleaned daily, linen is changed every 3 days, without comments. There are a lot of programs for children, there is a children's room, the granddaughter enjoyed spending time there. The territory of the sanatorium is large, well-groomed, beautiful, there is a coniferous forest around the sanatorium, the air is wonderful. We had a 100% rest and didn't want to leave for the first time)) Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The sanatorium was recommended by a colleague and was not deceived. Gorgeous territory - well-groomed, green, large. The buffet meals are very decent. The rooms are comparable to the rooms of good-class hotels. The staff is polite, friendly, and tries their best. There are many activities and various events. The pool was not popular with us - a lot of kids swim (with their parents, of course), which creates a completely chaotic movement - it is difficult to swim, and the only track for intensive swimming is always occupied.
The sanatorium has its own guarded parking lot, free for residents. I really liked the equipped area (beach, cafe, etc.) on the lake shore, a 10-minute walk along an asphalt road through the forest. We can't say anything about medical services, we haven't used them. Fishing enthusiasts - the lake is shallow from the shores, they need a boat, but there are reservoirs nearby where you can fish.

I had a rest at the sanatorium in October. I liked almost everything. There are services, medicine, food, and a cultural program. But there are some small comments. In the evening, all tables are always reserved at the bar. And for some reason, not by vacationers, but by locals. I have nothing against their visits to the sanatorium, but still, the right of the first night at the campers.

I went on vacation to this sanatorium several times, everything is great about rest, but recently something went wrong with the staff. We went to New Year's Eve, asked the administrator to put us at a table with some company younger than our age, to which the administrator replied verbatim: "This is for you to go somewhere younger.".. Although there was an influx of vacationers our age in the sanatorium.
The next point is that we wanted to go this spring, as usual, we barely found a room, we didn't have time to pay the extra fee, as technical work began on the site. The booking was cancelled silently, without contacting or even sending an automatic cancellation letter. We found out by accident by logging into my personal account, which is very unpleasant. Next, we tried to resolve this issue through WhatsApp with the sales department - we waited a day for an answer, and a day later we asked for the last name...and now, for the 2nd week, there has been no feedback. The phone rang several times, there were long rings, and of course no one called back. We wrote to the head of the sales department several times, and there was also silence. I understand that you have a queue of customers, not these, but those, but there must be some kind of service concept. There was a desire, as the administrator of the sanatorium's restaurant advised us, to find another place.

Rating 5. A place where you want to return.
An excellent sanatorium, magnificent landscaping and a very warm, human attitude from each employee. Additional advantages: free parking space in the parking lot under the supervision of security, two restaurants with thoughtful logistics, queues except for coffee.
Well, I'll add something else that I personally would like to improve.
1. Open both doors to the medical building. There's always one open and you often end up on a closed one.
2. Think about the internal navigation. The first few days you get lost in the labyrinths, because not everywhere the signs with signs are designed in the same style.
3. The restaurant menu has too many dishes with mayonnaise, in my opinion. That is, we had enough other dishes, but sometimes we want something, and for some reason there is mayonnaise, which not all visitors to the sanatorium eat.
4. Another coffee machine in the restaurant would not hurt. So there were three cars with excellent coffee in the hall, but you have a lot of people and one more would not hurt.
5. It would be good to place additional chairs near the cooling tower. The air is very pleasant there and you don't always find a place for yourself.
6. I would like cafes and other internal services to be linked to the electronic bracelet, including establishments on the beach and boat rentals with post-payment.

We had a rest and were treated from March 29 to April 07, 2025. Everything is simply at the highest level, it couldn't be better. The staff is helpful, the food is like at home, "every calorie is in its place." Animation every evening, we went to the Minsk theater, it was a wonderful experience. The swimming pool and baths are just a "bomb". And the nature, and the air...I can't list everything, I really want to come back again.
