I have signed a pension accumulation agreement. When signing the contract online, the site was malfunctioning, and the data was constantly not being downloaded, I received the 149 contract and I paid for it. In the morning, I received a call that due to a malfunction, many contracts were opened for me, I said that I had paid 149, and deleted the rest. Then I found out that it was deleted, but the last one, 157, was left.With the help of a specialist, we came to the conclusion that we would open a new 164 contract, and delete 157, and transfer the money.They sent me a letter about the transfer from 157 to 164 , but the specialist said that it was a mistake and I had to write 149, since the receipt was for it. I sent the documents and I received an email that the money would be transferred to 164. After almost three weeks on the contract, the money did not arrive, I reported this issue in the chat and they told me that I had made a mistake and the money would not be transferred and the reporting period was closed. No one told me about the mistake, although they told me to do so, which indicates the complete incompetence of the employees, I need to go to the office and write the refund documents again, although I sent everything online, I will have to waste my energy and time, I will close the contract.
