I sat in a queue of 3 people for more than an hour (because one of the employees managed to go outside to smoke) And half an hour before closing, people were not allowed in, as they naturally did not have time to serve those who had been sitting for a long time. I won't apply here anymore, other banks are much faster.

The consultant does not move at all to pick up the card, people spend 15-20 minutes in the office, the employee takes his time and collects queues, from which people just leave, because it is unrealistic to stand for an hour and a half waiting, there are only two chairs at the office, people just stand.
