The queues are frenzied, they ask her to start the reception, she refuses. I work on a schedule from 8 to 17, coincidentally, my employer is serviced by this bank, it is impossible to get in!

All services are paid and more expensive than at other banks. The department itself is not very big, considering the eternally large number of people. The staff is polite and competent, they explain and prompt everything.
The operators are friendly, professional in their field. Due to the large influx of people, there are queues for an hour, but the operators are all working, trying. The number of visitors does not depend on them. These are questions for the bank's management to open another branch in Borisov.
This is not a bank, but some kind of trash, in order to simply pick up the ordered card, you had to sit for 40 minutes, there are two operators, everything is so slow,
