To open a salary account, you must come several times, because the security service reviews the application for opening within 3 days. Moreover, the application for the card was sent a week ago. First, you make an application for manufacturing, then you receive an SMS saying that the card is ready, take it. And when you are already sitting in the department, they tell you that the application is being processed, come back in 3 days. So why did I leave my details to you a week ago? Darkness. This is the first time I've come across such a bank. If it wasn't for the PO, I would never have applied here. 4. Eternal queues, employees are not professional
It is not clear at all why this branch exists if it does not have cash desks / currency exchange. A currency ATM may not have the right currency or the right denomination (at best, there are 100€\100$ bills)
The most disgusting private bank in the country: there are several branches where you can withdraw currency from a card / exchange currency in Minsk, there is either no money in the existing ones, or queues of 30+ minutes. Employees do not know information beyond their department, and the same is true in the application. Every time you have to go around 2-3 branches to withdraw some ridiculous amounts from their card.
This is the worst bank that exists in Belarus!! If they have technical work, they will never warn about it in advance, and you will be without money for a day or even more!
It is also not possible to resolve issues in them, because the queues in the branches are such that you have to stand for 3 hours. And also try to prove that there is a problem, they always deny everything without understanding.
The fees are huge for everything.
If it wasn't for a working card, I would never have applied to this bank in my life.
