I applied for a card at this bank, I liked everything, they helped me set up the application on my phone, I can't say anything bad.On the plus side, there is a 24-hour ATM, and you can log in using a bank card.The only negative for me is that there is no currency exchange office in the branch.

Awful. The customer orientation of the staff is simply absent. The cash registers were removed, and the consultant was removed. There is no one to ask or consult. Constant queues and indifference of managers. And this is despite the fact that there are no other branches from Serebryanka at all.
