I completely agree with the previous author, on the issue of technical literacy, experience, professionalism and responsibility, it is the masters of the Printside company, and not the employees of the company as a whole. In short: A typewriter that prints beautifully, but with the ink in the cartridge running out (the original one, with two side refills for all time). Joining the company, excellent communication with the employee, fast work... And that's it! The beautiful and the good ended there. At the first printing of an electronic document...Artifacts all over the leaf area! A conversation with the operator, pointing out an unprecedented Game to the village!, not printing. I saw all sorts of things: the paint spilling out, during printing, and streaks along the edges, due to a defect in the drum unit, burnt paint... But this is the first time such a THING (printing) has been done: neat streaks, in the form of waves over the entire area of the sheet, and with a single gap distance... It's a masterpiece! And the masters in this office are "fresh", somehow there were no such movements before, ruko.zh.o.puff. There were rare moments, but there has been no such game for a long time. Think about it - Maybe go to another company, huh?
the printer was put into repair (preliminary malfunction – "the formatter board burned out due to a short circuit) with a new printhead purchased. The printer did not start. After the repair, the work on repairing the formatter board was paid with the conclusion: "The printer is starting - the board has been repaired; but the printhead is not working - empty sheets are printed." The certificate of completed work has not been provided.
To confirm the conclusions, the printer was handed over to another service center. After 2 weeks, the service center called and said they had fixed it. The services in the act of completed works are "repair of the formatter board". That is, the reason in the act is the one that was paid for and not eliminated at the Printside LLC service center. The printer has been working for more than a month without problems: the printing is clear, saturated colors, without cleaning the printhead and other defects. In fact, the service rendered was not paid for with high quality. They refuse to admit their responsibility for poor-quality work, and another service center is accused of fraud.
Conclusion: if you replace the ink or toner, they may be able to cope. And I doubt it
