The hotel is pleasant, clean, beautiful, 3 minutes to the sea, a small one across the street, we only took breakfasts) but they are amazing, seasonal fruits, juices (although there are no freshly squeezed ones) tea, coffee, croissants, rolls, jets, eggs in any form, cereals, yoghurts, salads. Thai dishes, pasta, chicken, meat, even soups, bacon, sausages, muesli, an extensive children's menu and even beautiful children's dishes

The hotel has a great convenient location, 2 minutes from the sea, and also all restaurants and cafes are within a minute's access, nearby is also 50 meters 7 eleven, just around the corner. As for the hotel itself, it is executed in Thai style, so colorful and beautiful, honestly.....there are no complaints about anything, delicious rich breakfasts, beautiful and clean 2 swimming pools, good staff, we took deluxe, they are of course completely simple, without frills, but everything was fine. Towels were changed every day and cleaning, and water and tea were replenished with coffee. A very beautiful dense green area, especially where there are bungalows, 2 ponds inside, and a variety of plants and flowers. If on Kamala, then I would return to this hotel!)

This was our second stop on this trip. While you're waiting for check-in, which is only at 3 p.m., not at 2 p.m., as usual in hotels. I don't want to sit on the couch in the lobby at all. Such greasy stains from people's sweat. It is clear that they have seen their lives. It looks disgusting.
The pool is not 5 points. There are no mosaic tiles in some places. And the water is a little cool.
The room is clean, old, and small.
The territory of the hotel is large and beautiful.
There is a beautiful pond with water lilies in the bungalow area at the very end. There are a lot of snails in the evening, and squirrels running through the trees during the day.
And sitting on the balcony, we watched a couple of macaw parrots as they frolicked. It gave a lot of impressions.
And it justified what was written in the reviews on the booking to the hotel - in this place you feel unity with nature. Indeed, when giant Macaws fly past the balcony, it is impressive.

The hotel is not bad, in general, but I will not put 5.. I would have given it a 3, but the animals raised the score)

We just returned from Phuket and stayed at this hotel. Well, what can I say, 4 stars no longer pulls, the hotel needs renovation, both in the rooms and on the premises. The pool needs to be closed for repairs: it is lined with square small tiles that fall off underfoot, you can cut yourself. The dark bottom and walls of the pool make it impossible to assess the purity of the water. There are not enough sun loungers by the pool, besides, smart tourists "book" them with their belongings in the early morning and go to sleep before lunch, and you have nowhere to sunbathe for an hour in the morning, the staff does not monitor this. With pool/beach towels, it's generally ridiculous - the limit is 1 towel per person per day (you can get it strictly from 9:00 to 17:00, everything is by appointment)Sushi is wherever you want, there is no floor dryer or anything like that in the rooms. Swimsuits, towels, etc. have to be hung on chairs on the balcony. The plumbing in the rooms is battered, plaque and mold on the tiles in places. The room was Deluxe, the room has everything you need: bathrobes, a hairdryer, a safe, a mosquito fumigator, a kettle, glasses, mugs, a large beach bag, an umbrella, but I didn't want to wear slippers, dirty and not the fact that they were somehow processed. The cleaning also leaves much to be desired, the bed is being made, and that seems to be it. The floors were washed only after I left a note asking for 100 local rubles. The bed linen was changed only once in 10 days. If you leave early in the morning for an excursion, you can order a breakfast box in the evening (before 20:00), but, in my opinion, it's not worth it: the box contained: boiled egg, toast and a flattened croissant, a bottle of water, soy milk and unwashed apple, banana, tangerine. The advantage of this hotel is its location, everything you need nearby: shops, cafes, 7-eleven, massage, beach across the street. There is no desire to return to this hotel.

Great hotel, calm, quiet. It is surrounded by greenery and friendly staff. The breakfasts are European, from 6 to 8 there are few people at the breakfasts, starting at 8.30 - a full house. We lived in bungalow 207...Great!!!! No one interferes, everything is orderly and beautiful. Regarding the town of Kamala, the beach is for 5 balls, wide, clean. There are traders, but they are not intrusive, the sea is clean, calm, without an abundance of "living creatures", to eat, drink, drink - everything is within walking distance. Rent an umbrella + a sunbed 200 baht ( 600 rubles) to change the currency at a good rate - left the hotel and left, the second exchanger, there they also took an excursion (2.5 times cheaper than the operator) guides- Russian guys. The settlement itself is actually a Thai village, without an abundance of nightlife, there are some establishments, but you can't compare it with Potong, a quiet "village". For a quiet rest, clean sea, delicious food - come here!!!

Not a bad hotel. The breakfasts are varied. The pool is shared and the rooms on the ground floor. There is water, tea and coffee in the room. They do not wash under the beds and you can find various surprises))). A very small fitness studio; 3 treadmills, one ellipse, one exercise machine and several dumbbells, a water cooler. Nearby there is a 7/11 store and a market with food and things. The sea is 150 meters away, the sand.

I didn't like it very much, there were a lot of mosquitoes, we had a room with access to a cool pool (there is still a very warm, almost hot one in which it is not possible to swim). Even if you don't open the door, there are still 10 Mosquitoes flying stably in the room. All the bitten ones moved to another hotel, only here it was like that. Well, the reception staff is not very friendly. The sea next to this hotel is not good, there is a huge fetid river nearby, and all the filth in the sea flows out of it. It is very muddy and green, there are lumps of black mud from the river visible in the sea, I do not recommend it, Surin beach is a fairy tale nearby! And even better Bang Tao!

We lived in the Garden Village, we really liked having our own little house with a terrace)) the location of the hotel is just perfect. The sea is 50 m away, literally, there are good cafes nearby. A cool pool with figures of elephants and dolphins. Beach towels are provided. Safe is free, Wi-Fi is free, hair dryer in the room. Yes, everything is fine! I would have come back)

We had a rest in November from 7 to 21, we were placed in a separate house (2nd room and terrace). Bathrobe, slippers, not disposable!!Great! In the morning, a delicious breakfast, lots of fruits, a large selection of side dishes, pork and chicken meat, soup, coffee, cocoa, tea, milk, pastries, juices. The wine was standing, but we hadn't drunk since morning :). Bed linen and towels were changed daily, personal hygiene products were added as soon as they were finished. The beach is across the street, near the exchanger, taxi stop and many places to eat and restaurants and beach food, grill.

The hotel is good, there are many rooms of different levels. 2 swimming pools. Cleaning almost every day. There are many cafes and shops nearby. Breakfast is normal, but I wanted more variety, including porridge and cheesecakes. The staff is smiling. The beach is very close. I recommend it for recreation.

Nice hotel, the beach is just outside the territory. Cleaning, linen change every day. Ask for a room with a view of the pool. Very tasty breakfasts.
The waterfront is full of restaurants - mostly seafood dishes.shrimps, lobsters, fish are delicious and fresh. And Delicious donuts with bananas and ice cream.
Check the weather in advance for the time of your planned vacation.
The excursions are so-so- the boats are inconvenient. If for the sake of photos!

Noise penetrates through the door and balcony without problems. There is a road nearby, bikes are constantly running around at night, all this is perfectly audible in the room.
The stairs to the second floor are dirty all the time, what's the problem with sweeping or washing?
In the room, an incomprehensible lamp (like a table lamp) with a clay base crashed and crashed by itself, and all this 15 minutes before the eviction. The red price is 200 baht, but the administration requested 3500, and through negotiations it was possible to reduce the price to 2000 baht. They have a direct business somehow on these lamps.
The tile in the bathroom fell off, he stuck it in place.

We were in December 2016. A big company. We settled in a bungalow. Everything is standard (old worn, working at 50%) as in all of Thailand, sabai sabai and don't touch us. But the impression is without negativity. The beach is across the street, the breakfasts are monotonous. The staff seems to be there, but they have their own lives. The territory is well maintained, beautiful, everything is in bloom. There is nowhere to walk, but in the evenings you can walk to the Big C, and there is also a private house with roosters on one side, and a karaoke bar on the other. As soon as they finish singing, the roosters wake up. But it's only us who are so unlucky with the location of the bungalow. Ours was at the very end from the left, but for that with a beautiful view of the pond with water lilies and lilies. Mostly Russian-speaking people are settled in bungalows, China is settled in buildings-there are crowds of them and they are noisiest of all (in order to avoid claims of vacationers, apparently) they even swim in the pool in life jackets with a storm of loud emotions. Kamala district was chosen to avoid tourists from China- but they were mistaken😁(I have nothing against them, but they are sooo noisy- besides, they always have priority, because Thais idolize them)

This is the worst hotel we've ever visited. Dirt is everywhere! Unsanitary conditions and smell throughout the hotel. I'm afraid to imagine what's going on in their kitchen.The rooms are dead, the furniture is old, the cleaning... or rather, there is none. Hair, dead mosquitoes and moths came into the bathroom! And everyone is alive in the room. They brought the baby a crib, all dirty and dusty. There are a lot of insects!!! Even the warning in the room. Do not leave windows and doors open, there is a risk of insects and rodents visiting! What?! The refrigerator is all squishy, it's all leaking and it doesn't freeze. There are drops, food stains and hair inside.There are no elevators in the hotel at all. If you have a room even on the second floor (not to mention 4). You will not climb such steep stairs with children and new people. People walk all bitten by mosquitoes.WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. Save your money, nerves and vacations for better places. There is nothing for children and the older generation to do there.

A beautiful hotel with a very beautiful territory. It is better to stay in bungalows - they are further from the road and quieter there. The rooms in the buildings are beautiful, renovated, but not all of them have a beautiful view - they can put you in a room with a view of the wall and an elevator. The infrastructure near the hotel is well developed - there are many cafes, a pharmacy, an exchange office, a Big-C supermarket (like our Pyaterochka). I didn't like the beach - the smell of fried fish from the cafe and muddy water, we went to Surin.

The hotel is great! The description of the hotel is exactly the same. It is 3 minutes to the sea, it is necessary to cross a non-busy road. The breakfasts are good, varied, minus only for drinks. But right at the exit of the hotel there is a coffee shop, there is great coffee, freshly squeezed juices, ice cream, desserts. No one understands Russian, English is difficult for the staff, they communicated through a Thai translator. The territory of the hotel is gorgeous, green, well-groomed, there is a garden with a pond, squirrels, 2 swimming pools, a gym. There are different buildings, multi-storey and bungalows. The location is quite convenient, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and makashnits around. Near the 7/11 convenience store, massage parlors, industrial stores, near Big C, market. The hotel itself and the beach are more for family. I do not recommend hanging out for fans.
