We stayed at this hotel for several days. At first glance, everything is fine. Wonderful view from the balcony, amazing sound of the sea....it would seem that you sit and enjoy your vacation. BUT the whole stay at this hotel was overshadowed by COCKROACHES!!!! Huge and nimble. On the first day, they noticed one in the bathroom, then in the closet, and then they were running all over the room. We went to the reception in the morning and asked to do something about it while we were on the tour. Upon returning, we saw the same two cockroaches sitting in the closet in the room. At the same time, the cleaning was done (the bed was made and towels were folded). We went back to the reception, as usual there was no one there, found a cleaner on the floor and asked to remove the cockroaches. She said that no one had warned her that we had asked her to solve the situation with cockroaches... they had removed it. Later in the evening, they came out again and did not let me relax and rest in peace. In the evening and at night there is no one at the reception and no one is going to solve such problems. All we were told in justification is that the hotel is located right on the beach and cockroaches are running from the street. Is this the solution to our problem?! No one tried to fix the situation and not spoil our vacation. When we checked out, we noticed that there was a cockroach in the closet again, and the new receptionist asked if they had offered to move us to another room. No. A cleaner was standing nearby, who removed the cockroaches from the closet yesterday and confirmed the current situation.
Plus, there are a few things that are not critical for us, but it's impossible not to pay attention to them. Upon check-in, they asked at what time to bring breakfast, we asked for 9 because we were leaving for an excursion. There was no breakfast at 9 or 10. At about 10:10, I was just approaching the administrator about cockroaches and asking about breakfast, they told me that a buffet had been set, but no one even warned me about it. Next, about cleaning: there is a carpet on the floor in the room, which could not even be vacuumed properly before check-in.
I would recommend this hotel if it weren't for the cockroach situation. If you are ready to enjoy this wonderful view with cockroaches, then of course it is worth coming here.

A lovely and beautiful hotel in the picture! But half of it is, the attitude towards the guest is half pleasant, and the other half is with a local flavor of dryness and rudeness. I didn't like the fact that I had to adjust to the cook for breakfast, the receptionist asked for the time of breakfast, after which she clarified that guests usually don't come before 10, and the cook won't arrive before 9, but they will try very hard to persuade him. The new and modern interior attracts, but it turned out? That the claimed double bed is a lie. The entire hotel has a frame for a double mattress, but in fact there are two single beds, for me my sleep in comfort is very important, I went to the reception with a request to change the room, but it turns out that absolutely in all rooms, I came to Abkhazia only for this hotel by the sea, but in the end after sunset I had to look for an alternative in It's not the season. I came to this hotel for exploration in order to carry groups in the future, to which the receptionist replied - we have no problems with guests. Alas, the hotel's face does not have the right to afford such words.

We stayed at this hotel from May 9th to 14th. The hotel is located directly on the sea. You open the balcony and admire the sea. Room cleaning is daily, towels were completely changed once for 4 nights. Perhaps this is where all the advantages end.
Although the hotel is new, it is already in terrible condition. We lived in the 105th comfort room.
The breakfasts are very monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. I didn't like that breakfast starts at 9, it's late if excursions are planned.
Overall assessment, the hotel is not worth the money (10 thousand per day comfort room with sea view)
