Great business lounge! Buffet meals: there is everything-soups, second courses, snacks, fruits, cakes, dates, bread, rolls, croissant Drinks: coffee beans, tea, pickled milk cocktails, bottled juice: apple and orange, bottled water, freshly squeezed orange juice. Everything is clean and tidy! There are rooms with beds and a bathroom with a shower. Those who have a night flight or transfer can take a nap. There are massage chairs to relax, as well as a children's room, billiards, a TV viewing area, etc. Yes, I forgot to tell you, they cook omelets or fried eggs for breakfast, they cook pancakes, and for lunch they will cook pasta of your choice to suit your taste. Everyone is very friendly! I advise everyone!
A good place to eat delicious food, drink delicious coffee. Pass the time playing billiards or just sit in a quiet and comfortable environment. There are relaxation rooms and even a massage room.
The only thing missing is alcohol. Polite staff. I recommend you to visit.
Prime is like a mockery. The business hall is like a mockery. Pathos, brilliance and beauty at the entrance, poverty inside.
There is a gorgeous grand piano - it doesn't play. There is no background music.
Several service areas are not serviced, but only one is operating. The massage is closed.
The food is minimal - the choice of food is scarce, there are no juices in the glass, none, mineral water in the glass - ask separately…
Sorry, there are a lot of toilets, but you can't go into any of them - some are probably closed for Ramadan, in another one there is a stall in which someone entered and fell asleep, in the third there is disgusting dirt and rare contempt for common sense (the door to a tiny stall opens inwards - get out without touching the toilet and without falling in it is almost impossible to get into puddles on the floor, a hand dryer is one meter higher than ergonomics (photo attached, half of the taps are defective).
The smoking room has a good extractor hood, ashtrays full of cigarette butts have not been cleaned in two hours, the glass door is hitting the floor covering - it is unsafe.
The friendliness of the staff at the entrance is extraordinary. Then, for 2 hours, no one smiled at us. The staff looked at their visitors unfriendly and dreary.
The worst impression I've had in years. I don't recommend it, I don't recommend it. There is another business lounge on the seventh floor in the clean area (after check-in, baggage check-in and passport control) of the airport. We haven't been there. But it's hardly possible to get worse than on the fifth floor.
