It's a great place. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Cozy houses - it is clear that everything is done wisely and with love. There is everything you need and even more. There are two summer kitchens with verandas on site - you can cook on your own if you wish, and there is a pool for children. Lots of greenery, a large garden. The beach is just huge, no need to jostle with the neighbors. The water is the purest. In general, if you are not a fan of nightlife, then the place is just perfect for a relaxing family vacation. And if you are by car, then Gagra or Pitsunda are just around the corner if you wish.

I stayed at this hotel in August 2024. It's a very peaceful and cozy place. Everything was clean and tidy in the house, there is a small veranda where you can have a quiet coffee in the morning. For those who do not want to eat in a cafe, there is a kitchen, you can cook everything yourself. The road to the sea is smooth, there is no need to walk through the mountains along the valleys, it takes about 15 minutes. I really liked the large beach strip, unlike Adler, you will always find a place to stay. The hosts are friendly and helpful people. If you want to enjoy nature, take a break from the hustle and bustle, come, you won't regret it.

We had a rest here last summer, I really liked that the sea is nearby, 10 minutes on foot and so clean!! There were waves for a couple of days, and the rest of the time the sea was calm.
There are few people on the beach, you can comfortably accommodate.
We were accommodated in a separate house with air conditioning, it was possible to stay on the second floor cheaper, but we decided to be more comfortable with the child in a separate house and did not regret it. My daughter was swimming in the pool in the yard and riding on a swing.
I even managed to go on several excursions to the nearest Pitsunda, Gagry and New Athos.
We will definitely return here next summer, to the house where it was so cozy and comfortable, next to the cleanest sea. After all, we still need to go to Sukhum for an excursion, we didn't have time because of the rain.

We really enjoyed it! A wonderful place, friendly hosts, cozy houses. There is a lot of greenery on the large territory, there is a pool for children. You can cook by yourself, there are kitchens with verandas, there is a shop nearby. And what a sea! The beach is huge! I recommend this place for a cozy, relaxing family vacation!

This is the third time we come to Abkhazia for a vacation. This time we chose this hotel. We selected an accommodation option for 4 people (parents + 2 children). A very cozy courtyard, lots of greenery and citrus trees. A large territory, cars of vacationers are perfectly placed in the courtyard, without disturbing anyone. The house is clean, cozy, and everything is thought out. Comfortable mattresses. For children, there are two swimming pools in the yard. The kitchen (by the way, there are two of them here) is equipped with everything you need. There is a shop nearby, a few houses away. The street (the road to the sea) is quiet, without crowds of vacationers. There are also very few people on the coast from this street. Clean beach and sea. For those who prefer a quiet, measured family vacation - that's it! Very hospitable hosts. Thank you for the good reception!

No cons! Everything is gorgeous. I really enjoyed my vacation with my husband. The sea is nearby, the houses are gorgeous. There is everything for relaxation. We didn't regret it at all, we recommend visiting this wonderful place.

A very cool family mini-hotel. A large courtyard, a huge beautiful garden. The houses are new, the bed is clean, the towels smell fresh. The owners are always ready to help and prompt. We will be happy to come to you again.

We rested in this beautiful place at the end of September. We come to this guest house for the second time in a row. I like the place and I also really like to relax with this family. Unobtrusive attitude towards the guests. The situation is calm. The conditions are good. Everything is always clean. The bed is crunching. Palm trees with laurels are pleasing to the eye.
