It's a great hotel. We recommend it, very helpful staff, pleasant prices, good attitude. There is everything in the room, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, towels for everyone. You can ask for bathrobes. The kitchen has everything, and dishes and appliances and pots and pans. Everything you need is there. Very close to the embankment, literally 10 minutes on foot. We will definitely come again.

We had a family vacation from September 1-9, 2024. And we really liked the hotel. Everything is very clean, the staff is kind, polite, hospitable. Special thanks to Ilya for the quick feedback and positive mood👍
The hotel is located in a convenient location, there are shops, a market, the sea within walking distance. Rooms with comfortable beds, clean linens, and two towels for each, air conditioning, so everything you need for a comfortable stay is available at the reception you can buy water, lemonade, learn about excursions.The hotel also has kitchens with everything you need, where we often cooked our own food, which helped a lot with children.
Everything is very convenient and accessible.
The sea is warm, clean, the beach is pebbly. Sun beds at different prices all along the coast from 200 rubles for one sunbed, umbrellas from 100 rubles.You can pay with both cash and transfers.
Ilya also advised us where to eat delicious food, and it turned out to be the best place (called a "Good place")where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. And they haven't been poisoned once.👆
We visited other restaurants, but honestly I will say others for an amateur. The frequency, service and taste of dishes are lame almost everywhere, even in highly advertised establishments.
Our overall impression of Abkhazia is very positive. I think we will come back again to visit even more places and see Abkhazia in all its glory.The place where we will stay , of course, will be Inter-Sukhum😍

I had a rest with the children in this guest house in July, we were satisfied. Everything is clean, everything you need in the room is there, there is a shared kitchen, an ironing room, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a summer veranda for barbecue. The staff is very friendly, they will always help-they will tell you if something is missing or not-they will quickly solve the problem (I needed another cot mattress). There is a shop nearby (7min walk), 2 restaurants (5 min walk).
There are many restaurants and shops in the city and on the embankment, I really liked the Turkish restaurant "Chegem port". We have never been poisoned and everything was very tasty. There are many beaches around, some of them need to be reached, the nearest city is 10 minutes on foot.
If you are used to relaxing in five-star hotels, then such a vacation is not for you, it's just that your expectations will not be fulfilled here. In general, Abkhazia is a country of contrasts and extreme. This hotel is very convenient for traveling by car, young couples and active democratic tourists.

A great place to stay in Abkhazia. 5/5!
Pros: clean, good new renovation, pleasant hosts who will help if necessary
(we were given medicine) There is also a nice pleasant kitchen where everything is there;
laundry in the laundry is only 100 rubles (not 300 as in others)
The location is what you need. Nearby Mayak beach (in our opinion the best in this side of Sukhum) is also not far from the center, so we recommend it!

We wanted to book a room in this hotel for the summer of 2025 for 2 weeks. The price per day was 5000 rubles. We decided to book it. However, as soon as I talked to them (director Ilya), asking a couple of questions and deciding to book, Ilya immediately after our conversation raised the price by 2 times (!), to 10,000/day! Of course we couldn't book for that price!
Such an act deeply offended us. In fact, he sent us on our way, setting a ridiculously high price! That's such "Hospitality"!
This dishonest act ruined our desire to go to Abkhazia!
So know everything - what is the management of this hotel - be careful!

We rested for 10 days. We were satisfied. The rooms are clean. There is a barbecue area. There was a river nearby, where frogs croaked sweetly around the clock, creating a unique atmosphere of comfort)

We are having a rest for the second time this year. The first time was in mid-March, the second time at the end of September 2024. The receptionist Ilya is very hospitable, the hotel staff is friendly, like a big friendly family.
We rented a double room. The room is clean and cozy, with a comfortable comfortable bed. In March, it was cool at night, so they turned on the underfloor heating.
We really liked it, that's why we returned to this hotel in the fall.

It's a great place! We came to Sukhum by car for 4 days. The plans were to visit all the beautiful and interesting places nearby and not only. We were looking for accommodation remotely, the priority was to stay in a pleasant hotel (not in an apartment), at a pleasant price. We have chosen "Premier Sukhum", which we are very glad about!
We contacted Whatsapp for booking, Ilya replied, immediately created a good mood, a friendly atmosphere of relaxation, told how to book a room, helped to navigate where you can go.
The room was underfloor heating (we went in February), everything worked, we were given fresh towels, a hairdryer. There is a large TV in the room, for whom it is relevant. We didn't have time to watch) A large and comfortable shared kitchen. There is everything(!) to cook, drink tea/coffee, eat, store food in the refrigerator. There is a barbecue area. Everything is just super!
Convenient location, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea. Cozy rooms with everything you need. A shared large kitchen for those who like to cook by themselves. Excellent, responsive staff, always ready to please guests and make their stay as comfortable as possible.
A common terrace where you can gather with other vacationers in the evening and share your impressions. There is a shuttle service and the possibility to book excursions.

We rested at the guest house from July 28 to August 7. We booked a 4-bed room in advance via WhatsApp. Ilya is a cool manager and an insanely pleasant person. In correspondence with him, we discussed the points of interest to us, at the railway station he met us in a comfortable car with air conditioning.
On the way to the guest house, Ilya showed us the nearest shops, the market, the embankment, the passage to the sea and advised a delicious cafe where we managed to have a snack while waiting for our room to be ready (we arrived before check-in, so we had to wait).
The guest house is very cozy, it has a large comfortable reception (there is a refrigerator, you can buy water, Sukhumi lemonade or homemade wines), a summer terrace, laundry (washing 100 rubles), a shared kitchen (there is absolutely everything). The room itself is in a modern design, with comfortable furniture and soft mattresses, has air conditioning, toilet/shower room, SMART TV, kettle, dryer (everything you need).
It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the nearest beach and promenade. We went to DelMare beach, it is a little further away (about 15-20 minutes), but the service is 100%. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the nearest store, 15-20 minutes to the market.
The guest house provides excursions from the ApsuaTur company (we comfortably rode back to the railway station on a transfer from this company). But we chose individual excursions with Ilya. In a comfortable car with air conditioning, where we stopped, stayed, took pictures, no one needs to wait and watch what is not interesting. Just great! 👍🏻
Our small company once again wholeheartedly thanks sunny Abkhazia and the Premier Sukhum Guest house for their hospitality, Ilya for his kindness and responsiveness, as well as (it should be noted) Natalia Ivanovna for the comfort and warmth that they have given us over the past two weeks. P.S. Who is afraid of rotovirus, wash and cook food thoroughly yourself, drink high-quality wine, Sukhumi lemonade and think about the good! Our vacation was uneventful 😉

We have been living in the Premier Sukhum Guest House since July 19, for 10 days. I booked a room in March.
I must say right away that the manager Ilya is very pleasant and easy to communicate, he quickly solved all issues! He met us by car at the railway station and then took us to the train, hugged us goodbye.
The room is great!!!!! The air conditioner saved all the days of rest from the heat.
Bathroom with shower, where there were 6 towels for 2 people, hot water constantly, hair dryer.
Very comfortable beds, with cool mattresses, and snow-white linen.
The TV is smart.
A small refrigerator.
A cabinet with a sufficient number of trempels (hangers).
Wi-Fi.
Room cleaning is on request.
On the 1st floor there is a spacious kitchen with everything (even a mixer)), an ironing room.
I needed a needle and thread-that's there too. There was a fumigator, but it was not useful to us: there were no mosquitoes. And even a mat for the beach was provided to us.
Good sound insulation: we didn't hear what the neighbors were doing or if they were in the room at all.
The hotel is quiet, there were no noisy companies and booming music.
We bought 5 liters of water and carbonated water here. Beer and wine can also be taken here.
Very close by, there are 2 good grocery stores and a vegetable market on the road.
7-10 minutes to the sea, we go to the beginning of the Dioskurov embankment. But there is still so much to go to normal beaches.
The sea is amazing!
To the Mujahideen embankment, where everything is the most beautiful and interesting (eucalyptus trees, palm trees, fountains. ..) it is necessary to stomp from home for at least 30 minutes - this is suitable for evening walks.
I definitely recommend this living room house! If we gather in Sukhum again, then only here, in number 11!
The sea here is amazing: clean, the color is extraordinary, there are no algae, no jellyfish! Go on vacation to Sukhum, to the living room house "Premiere Sukhum" - you will not regret it!

Wonderful guest house) It has been almost 2 weeks since the beginning of August. Comfortable and cozy atmosphere) Everything is brand new, clean, a big TV, a cool shower, there is absolutely everything in the kitchen. We spent wonderful evenings on the veranda with a glass of wine, met new people, it was fun and interesting)) Ilya and Zhenya are very attentive to the guests, positive guys, they will tell you everything, show you. I advise you and Zhenya to go on an excursion to the mountains, it was a delight! Beautiful views, waterfalls, unforgettable impressions!))
The location of the house is convenient, 5 min. and you are on the Embankment of the Dioscuri. We went swimming every day, there are cafes and restaurants at every step. We took a taxi to the center, about 5-10 minutes.

A great hotel for your money.
I liked everything.The furniture and appliances are new,the rooms are clean, there is a laundry service, a large kitchen, dishes, etc. The rooms have large TVs with YouTube, for children the most)

Near the embankment of Dioskurov, literally 500 meters.You can have a delicious meal on the embankment.

This summer, my husband and I spent 3 magical weeks in sunny Sukhum in the cozy Premier Suhum Guest house!
The hotel is new, very clean, with all amenities. The room has a fairly comfortable space, TV, air conditioning, new furniture and clean, snow-white linen. The hotel has a dining room, which is equipped with all amenities, including an oven and even a dishwasher! There is also a laundry room, which is not unimportant for a comfortable stay! In the backyard there is a patio for relaxing and gatherings with a barbecue.
The host Ilya is very hospitable, always tries to fulfill all the wishes of the guests!

We rested in the guest house together with a friend from May 17-24.
Room(1st floor):
The furniture is all new, the rooms are clean, it is important that all bedding (mattresses, pillows, linen, towels) is new.
There is a underfloor heating.There is a rug in the bathroom.
It was important for me- the curtains are black-out- in the morning you can sleep longer.The window is panaramic. There are porches for breakfasts and dinners.
There is a table. The shower and toilet are all clean. The number is spatial.
There is no unnecessary noise in the morning. We lacked a large mirror, but we found a medium-sized mirror - in principle, it suited us.
There were no problems with consumables (t/w, soap, napkins in the kitchen - everything is there).
Cleaning the room when it's convenient for you. We looked at other rooms - the same new and cozy.
Kitchen:
All appliances are new, beautiful dishes are in a large quantity (this is important).There is even a dishwasher.
Everything is brand new and clean in the kitchen - there is a lot of space where you can sit, as well as access to the veranda into the courtyard - where you can have a great breakfast.
The kitchen is carefully cleaned.
There is a washing machine and a TUMBLE DRYER!(I even wanted to go home like this)- when you look at the house, choose with a dryer, there is a high-quality iron.
The territory is large, there are many terraces where you can spend time with mountain views.
Location - the location of the house is great - we walked to the Port every day - there are streetlights everywhere-it's safe.
There are shops nearby (and you can still see them opening), and most importantly, there is a Market nearby!! And a tennis court is a bonus.
Maybe a brewery will be a bonus for someone (there is a stall with fresh beer). There are many cafes nearby where you can have a delicious meal.
I liked that you can only enter the territory with a magnetic key - you feel safe, there are also cameras on the territory - it's calmer for me too.
Although we always did not close the door to the room when we went to eat - and everything was normal.
On the second floor there are comfortable sofas and tables on the balcony - it's fun to meet the sunset there.
The sea is just around the corner.
I wanted to say that the pictures are not as cozy as they really are!
Thanks to Ilya and his Wife for a comfortable stay, and of course to the woman who cleaned everything so carefully :) It was as comfortable as possible to live here.
We will definitely come back to you in August.

There are good beaches not far away (mocha) is the most famous. There is a shower on the beach.
In the heat, you can go up to Chernikhovka there is an Assir cafe. It is very tasty and beautiful. The entrance is 250 meters there are waterfalls.

We rested in late September and early October. I really liked it. Quiet quiet place near the central market 10-15 minutes walk. Public transport runs from two streets. It's not far to the sea. Shops are within walking distance. Nearby there is a beer factory with a beer GOST as in the USSR. The staff is friendly. Everything is fine, I recommend it.

We decided to stay in this guest house, so I will say that the service is at the highest level.
Comfort: everything is brand new, everything is done wisely and for convenience. There is a barbecue area where you can cook kebabs, a huge kitchen, a laundry room. Each room has air conditioning, its own bathroom, and underfloor heating in case it gets cold. Upon settlement, it is issued separately for each person: personal hygiene products (soap), bed linen, bath and small towel, and all this is brand new. So you can safely bring only clothes and that's it.
The sea is nearby, right within walking distance, a magical sunrise and sunset is provided. Straight beauty is beauty. There are many markets, cafes and restaurants around. The city center is 10 minutes' walk away. We will come to visit every year. And recommend it to everyone.
