Not much of a company). My wife and I applied for an Italian visa. They charged 1900rub for one. Well okay. They said wait 2-3 days and let's say the deadline for submission. As a result, 2 weeks have passed, but there is no deadline).., I asked for a refund, they said on Monday., but apparently they didn't specify which one), I'm waiting a week.

I would like to express my gratitude for the assistance in obtaining a visa! I applied to the company with a request for a visa for the whole family, 2 adults and 2 children. Visas were given to everyone for the requested period. The guys offered me various visa options for my trip, besides they were always ready to explain and answer any of my questions! I think it is important to note the company's refund policy. We opened 4 visas, 2 of them could not be issued due to the replacement of passports. We paid for the premium visa service in advance, and after a while we asked for a refund. They helped fill out the application and issued a refund without any questions.
