I bought shoes from them in February. The consultant said good quality, etc. As a result, I acquired it. Three months later, the sole cracked, the photo shows the condition of wearing (almost like new, but the quality of the sole was not very good). I asked what about the warranty case, because it's practically new, and the sole really turned out to be of poor quality (factory defect), to which they replied that the deadline had expired and this was not a warranty case from a factory defect, but after all, only three months of batinki (concrete, cement did not see, just walking and that's it) and they said that this is a rare case with such soles, it is very rare that such a product fell into my hands. And when buying, they ran away that they were of good quality, durable and would not break in a year.I will write a complaint about the quality of shoes (the 20th article on consumer protection), let them conduct an examination.
